Sandwiches are cold 90% of the time, never hot. Quality has gone down severely over the last 6 years or so. Sometimes you just want an Arby’s sandwich, we try again every once in a while, but this is just not an Arby’s you can rely on for good food.

If you want to wait 45 plus minutes in the drive through to have them get your order wrong and to be out of almost every single item on their menu, then come here. Extremely rude and dismissive staff. Wasted an hr and had to throw away the nasty food.

Waited in drive through for 9+ mins, 5 mins of that was sitting in front of the speaker waiting for someone to take my order. The reason Chick-fil-A is the only true fast food anymore is because they are FAST, efficient and don't waist potential customers time. Arby's is no longer fast food it is a time drain like McDonald's, Wendy's, Sonic and Crystal's.

5 May ‘25 3pm. Online order for pickup at 3. Walk in at 3 and was ignored by 3 people for over 5 minutes. Finally girl at window asked if I’d been helped. She bagged my food which had been sitting there the entire time. She was apologetic. No sign of anyone working counter at all. In pics you can see what I ordered from website compared to what I received. Everything was cold and old. Gross.

Manager named Nevada is awesome. Had a ton of personality and great customer service. Called me by name multiple times, brought the food to our table even when I went to the counter to pick up, he refused and delivered it himself. Great employee and definitely deserves a raise and a promotion. Outstanding to be able to keep that kind of positive attitude and willingness to serve even at 8pm. I’ve never felt compelled to leave a review of a fast food place in my life… until I met Nevada. Truly outstanding service.

One car ahead of us and we sit there for 20 minutes when we got our food it was cold if the media hadn't been there we would have drove off and several others got out of their cars trying to see why one car sat there and they didn't pull it up made everyone wait and get cold food person in charge told us it was because there was so many inside there was no one inside

Food was good. It was the service. Asked if they still had a market beef . The response from her was well is it on the menu. Apparently it killed her to say I'm sorry it's not. People like that shouldn't be in the window.
