Sadly, this location has to be the record holder for the worst service. Good thing they closed - the slowest fast food could be gotten here, and as a bonus, it was guaranteed to not be hot. The most shocking part was the ability to get your order wrong, yet you are the only one there with a receipt with the correct order. It sometimes felt like burger roulette.

This location is awful. They screwed up every step of the process and were rude. I had to repeat the code from the app 6 times. Fries were not salted. Was told rudely there is ketchup in the bag when I asked... there wasn't. They didn't have any sodas (must be too lazy to swap the syrups). This place should be closed the employees do not give the slightest care.

Went there today they only had two people wanted to order some food the girl had the worst attitude the manager wasn't no better ? this place is horrible needs to be shut down ! maybe put in a Chick-fil-A people with better customer service better attitude

Big sign out front specifically says the lobby is open but you're rudely informed once in the building to order that it's "drive through only". Employees just don't want to clean the lobby (that looked like a daycare) or refill drinks for dine-in customers. At least I never got to the bad food like other reviewers...

The establishment had no drinks available, our food was burnt, the fries were nearly inedible, and the staff was very rude. We asked for a Hershey's pie, and the lady seemed annoyed that she had to check if they had pies in stock. She very audibly said, "Oh my god," in a rude, nasty manner. I would give this establishment zero stars if I could. The establishment needs to be shut down. It's poorly operated and needs serious revision and correction.

I'm not sure who owns rbis place, but if you're listing you need to do random checks on the accuracy and speed of not only the drive thru but the counter experience as well. I'm convinced the staff doesn't give two S$%^# what they put in your bag.

Open your food as soon as you get it, chances are it'll be incorrect. Slow is the name of the game at this over staffed establishment. If it takes more than 5 minutes and you're the only one in the dining room, then you will have an issue with your food.

It has happened several times now where I pull into the parking lot and notice people inside of Burger King and yet i can't ever get my order taken at the drive thru!The unlucky person that owns the Rincon, GA store is undoubtedly losing money as well as losing customers, including myself!This store needs a big sign that reads...CLOSING SOON!By the way, I'll be driving to Springfield, GA to spend my money at the Burger King there instead.When you turn away your customer base you might as well close the doors.
Ordered nuggets, they were almost black and hard as rocks. Texas burger, buns were soaked and nasty, fries inedible, and place was filthy. Will never return! What little I ate has me vomiting. Ide leave no stars after this. Every time, the people are rude, hateful, and make you wait forever. I used to work at BK, the incompetency here in Rincon, needs the place closed down. Ide like to take them the contents of their rotton food in a barf bag!

We went on Sunday and sat in the drive thru for 5 mins no one came on to take our order we drove around the building and all the lights were on and NO ONE was in the building at all.

It is 1:30 pm on Saturday 18th of June. We pulled up thinking we would get food but no they are closed just as the last person said no notice nothing we drive a round and I see a lady in there but she just looks at us and said nothing. About 5 other cars were also trying to see what was going on.
