Listen never in my life have I gone to a chick fila where I was treated badly. Holly is horrible, disrespectful and rude. If it hadn't been for the girl ringing my order in I would've left. I like everyone I have met at this location until today where Holly decided to be a rude nasty disrespectful human being. Absolutely rude.

Consistently forgets to include their sauces in the bag. We get the cool wraps and spicy chicken wraps and every time they leave off the creamy salsa or the ranch and to be honest we eat the wraps because they’re healthier, but they really don’t taste that great with nothing to put on them because they’re dry as all get out. So please, find some way to QC the product before leaving the window to ensure the sauces are in there. I recommend pulling out a wrap and eating it with nothing on it and you’ll see how important it is to include your ever so tasty creamy salsa and ranch dressing. Maybe it’s first world problems, but it’s kind of frustrating when you drive 20 miles past there to get home just to find out that you’re missing something. Yes….i know. I should check the bag, especially knowing that they so consistently fail at this smallest piece of service. Sincerely frustrated… mostly because I’ll probably be back. 🤦🏻♂️

The absolute slowest Chick-fil-A line I have ever been in. Get rid of the mobile only lane and service everybody through both lanes and you'll get people through a lot faster.

Even during busy times, the staff keeps things moving, and the restaurant stays clean and welcoming. It’s the kind of place where you know you’ll get exactly what you want, every single time. Chick-fil-A makes fast food feel a little bit special.
I had initially had a bad experience with an order missing items. After notifying Chick-Fil-A they contacted me and made it right. This is a good example of a company standing behind their product and caring about their customers.

I am a full time dasher and I’ve eaten here as well a few times. Whenever I go in to pick up an order there was rarely a wait and if there was as soon as I walked in I was greeted and there was a girl named Journey I believe (I only saw her name tag for a second) and she started working on my order and doing other people’s as well. I’ve rarely been to fast food that’s fast and actually tastes like food and this was one of those places. Everyone was super friendly and if there was a wait they would update me every few minutes which was helpful. Also their chicken minis are AMAZING!!!

My only complaint is why is the mobile order scan board all the way up by the building? I always have to wait for my food. Why bother with mobile order if you still have to wait!!
