What’s the point of this location having a mobile order drive thru line. If you place your Breakfast order well before breakfast ends but has to sit in line for over 10 minutes just to scan the QR code and be told your order is cancelled.
At the end of the day. Mobile ordering is not the faster or quicker option when you still have to wait with the other drivers and get service afterwards

12 Sep ‘24 5:45 pm mobile order. $12.47. The first pic is what I ordered from website and also expected to receive, the next pics is what I received. Big difference! Also ordered large waffle fries and Diet Coke. The waffle fries were crispy hot and delicious. Received a regular coke instead of diet. The sandwich was not good. The pimento cheese was runny and nowhere near the amount in the pic. Also my sandwich only had three pieces of jalapeño when compared to the pic there should have been much more. To top it all off the bread was soggy. The mobile order line worked very well.

Working at this particular location is a complete con. The kitchen staff will allegedly commit tactics to trigger anger, so you'll do something irrational to lose your job. The management, with the exception of David, on down to the kitchen staff is predigous. Do not be swooned by this stores so called "good Christian morale" projection. Cody, a miniscule component of management, will use deception tactics to trick employees. He's obese, and his insecurities surface when he feels his job is in question or in threat. He will lie to you, to not ruffle feathers, but use an imaginary, as well as a trivial reason to cut your shift short, write you up or terminate you. Brian, also another miniscule component of management, though young and intelligent, uses his experience, which I believe is five years within the Chik File A sector, to intimidate and bully employees who are new, simply because of his knowledge base in regards to Chik File A. These two individuals along with others, will create barriers or work place intimidation, to influence you to quit, and if that doesn't work, this location will find a way to unwarrantedly terminate you.

My last 2/3 visits through the drive thru were frustrating. People behind me were getting their orders before me. I even had to pull up and wait for my order. My orders are usually simple. 6 and 8 piece nuggets or 2 Cobb salads.
