The only redeeming factor about my visit was that I was in a good mood when I arrived. I can’t say the same about when I got home and opened the bag. I ordered with lilly and clearly asked for A GRILLED pretzel club sandwich with no tomato and pepper jack instead of cheddar. I also ordered a GRILLED chicken sandwich with a gluten free bun. Both sandwiches were completely wrong. My Grilled Sandwich was a regular fried chicken patty with NO cheese. The other sandwich was a regular fried patty on a regular bun. The other person I ordered the GF bun for has a Gluten ALLERGY. I’ve never had previous issues with working around this allergy, but this time the order was so wrong she couldn’t even eat. I’m extremely dissatisfied and will not be returning.

Ordered a large sweet tea that’s it… and the lady proceeds to just stand there and not make my drink. Never had to wait 5+minutes for a drink. 8/16/2025 10:08am I am a signature member.

Just went through the drive through tonight on 8/9/2025 and everyone there is so lovely. Such a pleasure and such pleasant people which is a breath of fresh air these days. ❤️

Always friendly and quality service! I just want to shout out a specific staff member Harmony. She was so sweet and noticed I had my dogs with me so she took time out of her busy night to get them treats.

Pay attention to your receipt. So I went to this store today and placed an order that I was charged $55 dollars for. Didn’t think about it until I got home. When I did think about it, I thought it was a little pricey. After reviewing the receipt I noticed an up charge for the drinks and chosen sides (mac and side salad). All sides and drinks were medium. I decided to place the order on the Chick fil A app and realized I had been charged $7 more than I should have been charged. Cashiers should be retrained to avoid ripping customers off. Although it’s only $7, I could have used it for something else.
Who knows how many people have experienced this and have not noticed. And now I can’t help to think how many times it’s happened to me.

Everyone I go to gets my order wrong!I have to send back 2 or 3 times for them to get it RIGHT! I asked for no chicken guess what had to send it back the people who makes the salad can't read instructions I am pissed every last one restaurant is crap! Paid for extra bacon and corn never receive them.

We have been coming to this Chick-fil-A, I would say, regularly for 3 years (since we moved here). In the past 4 - 5 months the customer service of the afternoon/evening workers have gone down hill greatly.
Morning shift…amazing! Afternoon/Evening disrespectful and apathetic. Not to mention our order is incorrect many times.
The staff here are all on point. Customer service was off the charts. I don’t ever eat here but I gifted 2 lunches for coworkers who helped me out tremendously. You guys rocked it!

Slower than other Chick-fil-A. Doesn't matter if you order ahead or not. I have ordered various items over the last several months to try to find out which food items will not delay me at the window. Skip the line, just order it to take out.
I wish I could rate them 10 stars!! What an incredible staff!! Made my son's day, sung for him on his birthday, gave him a cow!! Just amazing job going out of their way to make him feel special at his favorite restaurant!!!

Unfortunately this is worst drive thru line I have ever encountered at a chick fil a in the US. Please figure this out for us. Love y’all.
