What can I say, Chick-fil-A is just like Publix. Amazing.Kid-friendliness: After all the other places and having to scrub down highchairs and tables, this place was spotless.
Found a piece of plastic on my sandwich, hair with dandruff im my fries, and my lid on my drink is so disgusting filled with grime and difference color drinks on it just absolutely filthy, i didn't even consume any of my meal. I immediately called chicks headquarters and complained and now im getting a full refund. This specific locations owner/operator should be sued and then forced to shut down the location. don’t fall for the fake 4.5 rating trust I’ve been here multiple times never this bad but they are the most incompetent group of people i have ever seen in my life at this location.. I literally threw up after seeing the hair in my fries because i already ate some fries… I guarantee the managers are dirty people because an establishments delivery is a exact representation of management at the location.. when i pulled up they had 7 employees including the crew lead huddled by a trash can outside and a small building, he wasn’t even in the restaurant… Disgusting im over chick fil a for good because of this experience.

This restaurant is run so smoothly. I am a traveling restaurant consultant, and I come to this Chick-fil-A when I visit my mom. I always have a great time, and honestly all your employees deserve five star reviews. Today Preston served me and he was very friendly and quick despite having a full plate. He seemed really confident from the start despite having a training badge on. I hope he enjoys working here. Thank you all for working so hard.

When you come here you definitely need to check your order. I eat Chick fil A at many locations, one location was for 10+ years and the Rincon location is the worse when it comes to accuracy. I don’t get it.

The drive thru is split between mobile orders and drive thru. What a stupid idea, it's not well marked and they expect to backup and get in the right lane. I guess they got enough customers and trying to shed a few. Count me out I won't be back.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE THE GUY COMPLETLY IGNORED ME WHILE I WAS GRABBING MY ONLINE PICK UP ORDER-no straws- no napinks - everything drenched in grease- nothing said about them replacing my milkshakes for baby chocolate milks - HAIR IN MY SANDWICH -BLACK STUFF ON MY SANDWICH BUNmoral of the story don't waist your time and money at this place my entire meal ended up in the garbage within two bites.

Every single time I come to this location I have such a great experience! Everyone is so kind and willing to accommodate me if there is a problem. I usually order my food ahead of time and it always goes smoothly when I get to the drive thru. The food has always been fresh and I have no complaints. I look forward to coming to this location every time I am in the mood for Chick-Fil-A!
