Had a mobile order went to pick it up at the drive through young man was very rude told me to come in then as I went in the restaurant told me the machines were broke and not to comeback laughing at me inexcusable service needless to say won’t be going back !

They are supposed to be open til 10 pm went by at 9:30 and they're closed. Rincon Ga location. This is not the first time

This is the worst Dairy Queen I’ve ever gone to. The first few times I just chopped it up to them being stressed because of staffing but the last few time it’s just plain hateful people who work here.today I left this location in tears bc the people here are just so mean and will say nasty things just right to your face. Don’t ever use the mobile app bc they will never once get it right and then they will straight up tell you they hate when you use it. If you have a choice I would not recommend this Dairy Queen location to anyone. My breaking point was today when I went through the drive through to use a coupon that I had got from this location bc they messed up my order before and it was I could get a free cone or a $2 blizzard upgrade. I ordered my blizzard at the drive through and drove around and asked the lady if I could use it and she got very defensive from the start and asked where I even got it from and I said from here this is the only one here and she said she didint even know if she could believe me to use it here and why I was even asking. I had been having a long day so I teared up and just handed her my card to pay full price and left. I just don’t know why this location is so mean.

Still don’t have Mocha Moolatte on the menu… been awhile… stop going to DQ everywhere now as none seem to have my old time favorites… why no chocolate ice cream as week for the grandkids? Not like the old days at all…

used to be good but now awful, got the 4 piece chicken strip and the fries were cold and like they set out all day, the bread was cold and flat like it was stepped on, strips were cold and flat like stepped on or beat with a hammer, i wont be going back EVER they will end up going out of business like burger king did, and they were good for a little while then went down hill

Used to be great service, now every I try to come here they are either out of ice cream, the equipment is down for cleaning for the night 4 hours before closing time, or something. They started leVing all the outside lights even the menu off. I really don't think they want to do business any more.

They always make our food incorrectly and they just wiped the mustard off when we pointed out their mistake.

I ordered a 6 piece buffalo chicken tender basket. Total was $13 and change. Got home, opened the box, and the tenders have no sauce. I paid extra for it and didn’t get it. I have repeatedly called and the phone rings until it hangs up.
I am too disabled to come back out and drive all the way there to make them fix it, so I wasted money.

Don’t go to this location if you value accuracy.

the drive through line is extremely long I'm talking 15-20 min wait time, and when you get to the window your food is cold.. I mean I don't get it!
