Credit card machine is broken, AC doesn’t work, then the girls made our blizzards and put them up on the ledge without saying anything. By the time we noticed, then asked if they were ours, they had melted a great deal. It’s also just plain dirty. Never going back.

Not very clean, got the order wrong and were rude. Staff hung around talking n without paying attention to customers waiting. Debit card machine down. Cash only. Frankly sad - when I was a kid DQ was great. I don’t understand why they can’t seem to get it together. Especially since there is competition.

This place has become an absolute joke. Only taking cash most of the time and then are always out of everything. Customer service has become atrocious as well. I’m surprised they’re still open.

I ordered a cake with DQ online for the Rincon location. I then received a confirmation email showing my order. On the date that I was to pick it up, I called to make sure it was ready. The assistant manager informed me that I did not have a cake ready. The manager never even printed off the order for it to be made. They did not have any pre-made cakes that I could buy either. Thanks to the Pooler DQ, I was able to get the desired ice-cream cake within a few minutes. DO NOT USE RINCON DQ! Pooler DQ said they get complaints all the time about the Rincon location. If I could give them 0 stars, I would!

The Mobil order accuracy is pure trash! Twice I have ordered online and had modifications and twice they have failed to accomplish the right order. Not only can they not get an accurate order the service is trash. The employees literally moping around with absolutely no sense of urgency and the manager standing in the window.

The food was okay. Not hot but edible. Steph was good at times could be a bit cleaner

Nice, the guys look stressed out bad, but he is not rude or nothing it was hot like the A/C was not working. Those kids need a better work environment 😉

The team over here is so awesome. Jayda literally went out the way to make a trial cup, after asking if we could try something that we never tried before. this team goes above and beyond to make sure the customers are happy!!

DQ is just like the McDonalds and BK from Springfield. Sorry. Slow. Inconsiderate. How are you “out of sweet tea” at 7pm? “Pull around to the front and bring you your meal”.. no I’ll sit right here in this drive thru and run up the time on my wait.

Food was fresh but took almost 25min to get our order. First it came out completely wrong and then the cook seemed upset we didn't accept it.

To be blunt, this place sucks. It took 10-15 minutes just a to get an order of cheese curds(which came out promptly) and a chocolate milkshake. The milkshake was not mixed very well and had to much syrup, causing me to dump it when i got home. There was a complete lack of management/leadership here.

If I could leave no stars I would .. this place is a complete disaster. Sat at the drive through for 20 mins and not a single person spoke to take and order!! When I pulled up to the window they just laughed!! No manger on site and no one doing their job… disgusting

This location is declining quickly. Every blizzard we order is barely mixed, leaving nothing but vanilla ice cream on the bottom. How hard is it to mix ice cream?

We ordered 2 simple blizzards & a peanut buster parfait in the drive-thru. A female took our payment. Then a male attempted to come to the window & ask for payment of a different amount while she was telling him she already told them we paid (we did hear her tell them). He handed us the peanut buster parfait while laughing with a female (very close to her body wise, like touching couple close). Then he said to pull around for the blizzards. We parked & he only brought 1 blizzard out that wasn't even full (at this point we weren't up for fussing about it). Then a few minutes later finally brings the other blizzard out. No spoon for one item. No napkins. Cups are sticky on the outside. No thank you, have a great day, no professionalism at all. One blizzard had added strawberries in it we noticed later. Thankfully we weren't allergic & were ok with the taste but wasn't what was ordered. Seems like they were more interested in playing around with each other than taking care of customers & preparing correct orders.

Dairy Queen the Queen of Grill & Chill couldn’t serve me no ice cream, complete disappointment
