This Dairy Queen does not deserve any stars. Absolutely the worst service and dirty. Should not even be open.

Terrible do not go here. I ordered a brownie, oreo cupfection. I as for hot fudge instead of chocolate syrup. When the employee gave it to me, I looked at it and it look like syrup, so I tasted it and it tasted like syrup. I handed back to the girl at the window, she turned around with my ice-cream and then handed it back and tried to convince me there was hot fudge in it. When I got home and ate it, there was no hot fudge in it at all.

This is the first Dairy Queen that didn't flip my blizzard...are they still doing this?? Anyway the food was okay not the best. I always get a plain beef hotdog and a blizzard however when I got my hotdog mustard and catsup were running all over the place and I had to wipe it down to eat it, we were in the car or I would have sent it back, The other two meals we got were the chicken baskets which turned out great.The restaurant was clean and had great service and accommodations for all people.

Went to get icecream at 10:20 at night. Hours of operation say they close at 11. They said they were closed before I even got to the door and said the drive thru was closed as well. Just wanted a blizzard.

This is a horrible dairy queen don't come here....they need to fire everyone or train them to do their job correctly. And when you order at the window every response should not be "ANTHING ELSE" ...THAT WAS SO ANNOYING!!!!!I was so turned off I gave my blizzard to my son. The customer service sucks big time. DAIRY QUEEN NEEDS TO GET IT TOGETHER IN RINCON!!!! WE DESERVE BETTER!!!!

I was in the mood for ice cream and I knew that Dairy Queen would satisfy my ice cream craving! I went through the drive thru and I did not have to wait long at all to order. The employee working the drive thru was kind. I ordered the choco brownie extreme blizzard. I was thankful that it had lid on it and the spoon that was given to me was wrapped in a napkin! My blizzard was yummy and I was satisfied. I had been here before and ordered a cupfection and I didn't really enjoy it but I was happy with my blizzard!

The teenagers that work there are only hurting their business. They argued with me about my order. I left without ever receiving it, even though I had already paid for it. That's how disgusted I was with their service.
After searching a couple fast food places for dinner tonight that were actually serving, I was pleasantly surprised by this DQ. Customer service was excellent! Our blizzards came out quickly and were great. Our burgers and chicken tenders were fresh and just as good. The nice lady working the register was polite and prompt. She made sure we were taken care of. I highly recommend this DQ!
Don't go here looking for a banana split because you'll be disappointed! They never have bananas....or at least the last 5 times we've been there, they didn't!And it's sad because there's a Walmart and Kroger just up the street from this particular DQ.

This is by far the worst Dairy Queen I've ever encountered, 2:00 in the afternoon I sat at the drive thru speaker box for almost 5 minutes and when I said hello the girl responds "sorry ma'am there's a lot going on" previously I had visited and the woman taking my order kept saying how she couldn't hear me. I seriously had my head out my window yelling, but the reason she couldn't hear me was because someone she was standing next to was yelling some nonsense and curse words. This is the trashiest Dairy Queen. They should consider some new management and employees
