I went to Dunkin Donuts on 9/29 and there was 3 young men working at the time. The drive thru was very busy, but they were moving like an army and very respectful. I was very patient waiting at the register. Once the young man was able to take my order, he greeted me with a beautiful smile and apologized for my wait.

The entire staff is very rude , everytime i come the food is either burnt and the drinks taste like water . The serving attitudes are horrible , this place needs better workers .

Saturday night they close at 9:00. We walk I. . See three employees. One working drive thru the other two run in the back and hide. No one ever said a word to us as we strode at counter. All do it’s we’re already cleaned . What a pitiful display of customer service. It was have if we were bothering them by walking I. The door. You’re fired

I’m guessing they must have the help. I would be prepared to wait in the mornings just like any other coffee restaurant. They mix up the sweet and unsweetened tea on a regular basis

I stopped by this Dunkin’ 30 minutes before closing, only to be told they were completely out of donuts, at a donut shop. What made it worse is that there was no offer to make any fresh or suggest an alternative. The staff didn’t seem concerned and just shrugged it off. If you’re going to close early in spirit, then adjust the hours. Very disappointing experience.

The donuts are consistent and delicious. For the most part they have all of what most people would want. I don’t really see too many specialty donuts much, but it’s ok with me. The staff have always been kind and helpful. The atmosphere is clean and spacious.

Came here earlier for a gift card and dunkin cup for my daughter's birthday. I had barely got any sleep the night before and was exhausted, Santiago insisted in giving me a free coffee or latte to help wake me up and told me to not worry about paying. I ended up getting a french vanilla iced coffee which tasted amazing. 10/10 service I love coming here.
Always the best!!! That iced coffee was seasoned perfectly!!!

Don't offer Doordash if you're not going to fulfill the order. Waited 30+ minutes this morning for a simple coffee and 2 donuts. Went thru 2 dashers because this place couldn't get it together. Do not recommend.

Inordered a chick3n roasted pepper wrap, large caramel iced coffee 2 cream 2 splenda, and 2 do uta. The coffe was made wrong asked to be fixed they made it wrong again so mich crwam it looked like tinted milk. Asked again same issue i said forget it and moved on. The wrap was ice cold in the middle.

It's a coffee shop where the coffee isn't that great. McDs coffee tastes slightly better. The food isn't half bad, but for the price they charge I would expect more quality. Doughnuts aren't that bad, a lot better than Krispy Kreme, especially for the variety. Not bad for a early Sunday morning Prechurch food run.

I asked for the Iced signature latte, that already states in the menu that it has whipped cream, drizzle and toppings, I got back a plain iced latte with no sugar. I went back to get it fixed and the lady made me look stupid for what I ordered, stating that, that’s what I asked for. I did get my drink fixed but with an attitude.
My sister ordered a decaf Caramel Craze Iced, she got regular not the decaf. She’s not even allowed to have decaf.
Always great food and drink items.
