I haven't had great Mexican food in a while. New to the area and we decided to try this location. The service is wonderful. The food is okay & reasonably priced. I got the Texcano burrito and he got Texas fajitas. Our drinks were just okay as well.
El Real is THE Mexican restaurant to head to anywhere around Rincon, Springfield, Guyton area. By far the best food and service compared to the competition. All traditional dishes you'd expect and a large variety of house dishes. The Micheladas are off the chain and the Margaritas are spot on. The staff is always friendly and attentive even when the place is slammed weekend evenings. Did I say slammed? Yeah slammed. Pick a week night unless you just have to have your Fajita...
The best Mexican restaurant in Effingham County. There are so many delicious dishes on the menu but if you find one with the El Real sauce on it, it will be the most amazing food you've every put in your mouth. The sauce is a creamy mushroom wine sauce and I wanna buy it buy the gallon. The owner is super kind and treats everyone like family as they come in and leave with actual hand shakes and fist bumps. The atmosphere is welcoming.
