On point every time! Rincon FAR Exceeds ALL the other Firehouse locations in the Tri County area and the staff has been very customer oriented and done an OUTSTANDING job with food preparation and restaurant cleanliness.

I have come to refuse eating at any of the other locations.

So ive been to fire house 2 or 3 time delicious subs always get the brisket extra meet well toasted delicious,

So I got in firehouse tonight and I order the same thing has always , I get my sandwich and it's not toasted at all and no extra meat , so take it back the guy with the pony tail nas an attitude, remake it and gives it back to me and I take a bite and the meet was frozen still in the middle so I get is attention and I asked him what the problem ive done nothing but order my food , they way i asked IS RESPONSE WITH AN ALTITUDE WAS, ITS BEEN A LONG NIGHT REALLY I JUST WANTED WHAT I ORDER SIR , SO I FIXED IT , I SAID JUST GIVE ME.MY MONEY BACK COULDEND BELIEVE THE ATTITUDE OF THE KIDS THAT WORK THERE WOW , I DONT GET IT ITS BEEN A LONG DAY COULD HAVE GOT FOOD POISONING

So normally I love this place it’s one of my favorites, but I tried to place an order on the app at 8:19 as I had just got off work and it said I couldn’t. So I called so it’ll be ready when I get there but when calling I was placed on hold and by the time I got there it was 8:40 and I was told the door was locked already. Is this normal? We close at 9 but lock the door at 8:40 with people in there mind you. It’s not the staffs fault. I was told this was a management decision.

I really like eating here but I feel like there is a big difference from the day shift and the night shift. The day shift always extra toast my subs, but the night shift almost never does. The subs are still good but I wish my bread was toasted and not just warm when I order at night. I put extra toasted every time I order.

I had been craving a Brisket sub for months and I just haven't had the time to get one - until Friday. It was so worth the wait. It had the right amount of sauce and it was heavenly. Thank you, Firehouse Subs of Rincon!

PS - The staff was so kind and joked around with myself and others while they were continuously working. There was a packed house and the workers were also assembling some boxes for the lineman in town to help with the Helene recovery. (I was curious what was going on, so I asked :)) I love the fact that they were feeding the men and women in town to help restore power!
