Firehouse Subs Rincon Marketplace

So normally I love this place it’s one of my favorites, but I tried to place an order on the app at 8:19 as I had just got off work and it said I couldn’t. So I called so it’ll be ready when I get there but when calling I was placed on hold and by the time I got there it was 8:40 and I was told the door was locked already. Is this normal? We close at 9 but lock the door at 8:40 with people in there mind you. It’s not the staffs fault. I was told this was a management decision.

I really like eating here but I feel like there is a big difference from the day shift and the night shift. The day shift always extra toast my subs, but the night shift almost never does. The subs are still good but I wish my bread was toasted and not just warm when I order at night. I put extra toasted every time I order.

Great subs prices could be different but then that's a the whole new ball game the United States and I'm sure all other countries in the world right now we're overpaying for our food who's getting rich on this.!? Not the poor people not the average people not even the middle class!

I had been craving a Brisket sub for months and I just haven't had the time to get one - until Friday. It was so worth the wait. It had the right amount of sauce and it was heavenly. Thank you, Firehouse Subs of Rincon!

PS - The staff was so kind and joked around with myself and others while they were continuously working. There was a packed house and the workers were also assembling some boxes for the lineman in town to help with the Helene recovery. (I was curious what was going on, so I asked :)) I love the fact that they were feeding the men and women in town to help restore power!

I was a regular customer here but they have went down with atmosphere and definitely there food. To top it off we found hair in our food and our order was wrong and we were told the manager would be contacting me. That was 3 weeks ago. They don't care

Don't waste your money., My sandwich fit in the palm of my hand and my husband sandwich didn't have meat on the one end and only 2 Pieces of green pepper on steak and.
Pepper sandwich. Our bill was $ 25.46 will never be here again. The cashier talked so fast Didn't even know what she was saying.

Meatballs were stone cold three times in a row, and no one tried to make it better even after I brought it to the employees' attention.. this location was my favorite, but after three strikeouts with cold meatballs, I'm done here ..
