Food was awesome. Service was the worst. Didn't get bread till food was served. I also ordered champagne when ordering a drink didn't receive till food was delivered again. After asking several times, when food came I didn't get my side dish had to ask when Bill came to get it to go. I'm a frequent customer, but not no more. Not to mention, it was Valentines day. Made the worst Valentines Day ever.

Went to Frank and Linda's tonight at 6:30. Hostess seated us at 2 top table by windows in front. She took our drink order, tea, water and bottle of wine. She delivered tea and water, stated she wasn't allowed to serve wine. While we waited on server a table of 10 received their food order, ate, celebrated a birthday, boxed leftovers and were cashing out around 7ish. We still had not been served our wine and the server assigned to our table was still a no-show.So disappointed as this was our belated Valentines dinner due to my very busy work schedule.Husband spoke to cashier upon our departure and advised her that we waited 30 minutes on someone to acknowledge we were there and to come take our food order and deliver wine. She started "well ok". How is that ok? Server has 1 job, acknowledge customers, take order, deliver food and drink, present check, collect money for order and receive our 20% tip.1st poor service at Tin Fin now Frank and Linda's. Our go to dining options in this county are slowly diminishing.Went to Riley's, served right away. Food and service were on spot as always!

Don't judge a book by its cover! The exterior is nothing fancy. The interior was Italian. Three adults and three meals. The seared tuna was done perfectly. The chicken florentine was large and tender. The chicken piccatta was delicious. I am a big eater and had trouble finishing the portions.

Made reservation for valentines day dinner. We had been there before, prices were reasonable, staff was good also. Unfortunately, several new staff that night, forgot to mention specials, forgot salad until asked, fish was under cooked server didn't offer replacement or discount just said- oh...sorry. left dinner dishes on table and served dessert in between them vs clearing, forgot forks for dessert. Brought cold cup of coffee when asked for fresh cup told we had to wait for fresh pot but never returned with cup. Gave check and misplaced credit card had to go looking for it. It was disappointing meal must mostly due to service.

Had a fabulous lunch of grilled hamburger steak smothered in grilled onion, mushrooms and gravy with mashed potatoes and glazed carrots with a beautiful salad and fresh hot bread. And a fabulous price to go with it!

It was my first time here. We got there around 8:10 pm, they close at 9 pm. The restaurant is very dark with little lighting. Jeremy, our waiter was very friendly and kind, but when we walked in their was someone vaccuming who did not seem to be happy we came in. There were 5 of us, and we got 1 small loaf of bread. When we asked for a second loaf, we were told they would have to cook it. I mean if you do not want customers at 8:10 when you close at 9 don't be open. The food was very elementary and bland. Ot was very, very pricey for the serving sizes you get. I would suggest eating somewhere else, in my opinion.

I really enjoy this italian restaurant. It's a small mom and pop but the flavors are good. I prefer this italian over the chains like olive garden. The service is always good they're attentive average price in. It's a shame they have trouble keeping staff I don't think they have enough business. I think it's because they're in a small town. People don't go out for lunch or they're eating fast food instead . If you're up in Rinxon or you live here. This a great italian restaurant to try to support You're community.

I eat here about twice an hour month. The food is almost always delicious but the service sometimes isn’t the best it could be since it’ll be like 2 waitresses for a pretty full restaurant but so far they are all kind.
I can’t overstate how much I love this restaurant. The lasagna is an absolute must, but call ahead because it sells out quickly. The Supremo Alfredo is my seconds favorite. Nice folks, cozy atmosphere.
