Food always good healthy menu I go here after workouts I’m surprised they don’t get more business then they do because everything on there menu is good I would cry if this place closes because I go here pretty often.

From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted by two incredibly kind women who made us feel right at home. They took our order quickly and efficiently, and everything was made fresh to order. The names on the menu were so creative and fun—it made choosing even more enjoyable! I got the “Me & My Shorty” a mango, pineapple and strawberry smoothie! So yummy and fresh! You can either mix it with OJ, Apple juice or water!

The food definitely outshines the smoothies but in the best way. The BLT on a croissant is my favorite. The Caesar salad is also very good and huge! The ladies running it are very sweet.
