I was at the restaurant during this incident and witnessed the entire situation. I feel compelled to clarify a few points since your account doesn’t align with what actually happened.

First, I was shocked by how you spoke to your server and the children nearby. You were loud and rude throughout your visit, making the atmosphere uncomfortable for everyone around you. The person you were with even got up, went inside, and apologized for your behavior, which speaks volumes.

Liliana Reyes, the manager, didn’t even come out initially. The staff tried to handle your complaints with patience and professionalism, but you escalated the situation unnecessarily. You only started complaining about the food after you had eaten all of it, and when Liliana eventually did approach you, you treated her with blatant disrespect, even shooing her away.

Your portrayal of this event is unfair and untrue. As a fellow customer, I felt sorry for the staff having to endure such treatment. I’d encourage you to reflect on how you interact with others before blaming an establishment for a situation that was clearly of your own making. ??

I was incredibly disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The food was far below standard, with the cheese noticeably diluted with water, leaving it tasteless and unappetizing. However, the service was the most shocking part of our visit. When I politely addressed the issue with the food, the manager, Liliana Reyes, responded with a rude and unprofessional attitude.

Rather than addressing the issue or offering a resolution, she allowed a large table of her friends to harass us, escalating the situation unnecessarily. As a paying customer, I approached the matter with kindness and patience, but I was met with hostility and complete disregard for customer service standards.

This was not just a disappointing dining experience but an outright uncomfortable one. I urge others to consider other dining options to avoid such unprofessionalism. A manager sets the tone for an establishment, and in this case, it was a very poor representation of the restaurant.

We have been here a few times and have enjoyed it. Tonight was not one of those times and we will never be back. We went to order a margarita and asked if there were specials and he (the waiter) said no. Then I asked for an alcohol menu so I could see prices and such. He brought back a menu without prices. So, I asked him how much a margarita was and he rolled his eyes and said I don’t know $8 maybe $9 or something. I don’t know about everyone else but, this sets off a few red flags for me. So I asked if he could check. He huffed and made more facial gestures and standing next to the computer he then said “what size” curtly. I said 16oz. He said “$7. My husband went to order and asked what size I ordered and I said small because I don’t know what the others cost. He continued with his poor attitude and I told my husband that I refused to stay somewhere and support businesses and be treated unkindly. I let the hostesses know why we were leaving. They apologized but, not a pleasant night. Be kind
