Staff definitely needs to be more attentive to customers. Middle aged woman with red hair was practically doing nothing for a solid 5 minutes hanging around the guy on the grill and then came over to serve me on her own terms after she was walking in circles. I never have an issue with any of the Pooler locations. This one lacks severely.

I rarely eat sandwiches but last night I was driving by and decided to splurge on a roast beef & provolone sandwich with only mayo. This is one of my favorite sandwiches anywhere. As it was being sliced, I asked if it was beef because it looked like fatty ham. I was told it looks that way near the end. I took my sandwich and went home. I should’ve looked before I left but didn’t. The meat was a bit tough and there wasn’t a lot on the sandwich. I was able to pile the scraps of onto half the bread to make what 1/2 sandwich. I’ve added a picture - the back side of this view is just bread. I’m disappointed because it was a splurge for me. Very disappointed

This place is always crazy busy and for good reason. We love their sandwiches and manager (?) Ashley works tirelessly to keep things running smoothly. Even when they're running behind, they at least communicate that to the customer and apologize. You can't ask for much more. Fantastic.

The Rincon store is a joke. Tried to order a sandwich while 2 employees argued over who was going to make it. One adult employee looked like she was the only one doing anything….Literally walked out as the 2 teenagers were complaining about my order. Removed this store from my ap.

Visited later in the evening around 7:30pm and the restaurant was not busy. I was the only customer in the building and my sandwich was made well. Two female employees were complaining about the schedule, talking loudly, and using inappropriate language in the back. The sweet tea was completely out.
