Manger who was working tonight is horrible. Messed up my whole order and made it seem like I did something wrong. Horrible horrible customer service. Then on top of that refused to give me her name. Says they dont have to wear name tags either. Tells me to go look on a app for her name. All I wanted was my order fixed. Instead I just got my refund and took my business elsewhere. If I could give negative stars I would especially with that manager. I would never return here.

My sub was great, full size fresh produce and got everything I asked for! Loved it. The customer service was superb, very welcoming and friendly. The nice two ladies went beyond their duties and helped me with my gift card for my purchase. The restaurant was clean as always 👌🏾

My wife requested the sub to be grilled since she is expecting, and was told very rudely that “we don’t do that and never will, even for expecting mothers.” My wife then politely told her that other locations have done this request and then she refused to speak to my wife and started gossiping to other workers about my wife right in front of her. Will not return to this location again.
