I placed an order online, then waited until after the alloted time to go pick them up. When I walked in the door the employees then all started yelling at me that they're "out of bread" "leave us a Comment online and blame management" and "We're closed." No one called me to tell me my order was canceled, they weren't even polite about it. Then as I was about to leave, one of the employees holds up a loaf of bread (from somewhere) and his female coworker then snaps "We closed!" I was then told that my money was being refunded and to "wait while I get you a receipt" then I'm handed a copy of the sale receipt, showing no evidence of a refund and my bank doesn't reflect this either. I'm definitely not a "Karen" and I hate to complain - but this service at this business was horrendous and frankly just sort of embarrassing. All I'm saying is, even a text message letting me know my order got canceled would have been fine. This was a waste of time.

Me being pregnant I asked the employee if I could have my meat heated up due to Listeria Disease. If anyone doesn't know when pregnant your suppose to heat up all lunch meat due to this affecting baby's brain. Employee was very rude & looking at me like I was crazy. I let her know this isn't the first time I have come here and nobody has ever given me issues before regarding this. The employee laughed saying well we aren't allowed to do that. I simply said well like I said I am pregnant and I need it heated please. Taylor the manager then looked at me knowing whom I was and said yeah we aren't suppose to but you are pregnant so we will go ahead and do that. I have never had this issue before regarding this place until now. To the lady that was very rude and laughed needs to be trained in customer service. The customer is ALWAYS right. I shouldn't have been questioned about me actually being pregnant.
we stop to buy some Italian sub , an have the unpleasant experience, costumer service is terrible I am asking if is possible to cut the sub and give me another bag and the girl have Attitude , plus the store was Dirty outside in the dining, the woman bathroom no have toilets paper and no paper towel in man room I don't understand why we have to give tips for bad service. BTW we don't tip

Ordered sub from app. Ask for extra mayo and mustard . Apparently I got the whole jar. Normally they put one line of mayo and mustard. I expected to get to lines.... sandwich is covered on the outside.

Was there tonight 11/16 at about 5pm.When I walked in I could hear the employees in the back. I waited a couple of minutes then finally one of the girls basically stuck her head out and apparently said “hot or cold sub”Between the music playing and her barely coming out of the back I couldn’t hear her. She was obviously annoyed with that and just having to be bothered with a customer so I asked her if I was bothering her. Another customer came in right about then and it was obvious she was wondering what was wrong with her. The other employee came out and finished my sandwich without any problem. I know it’s hard to find good workers anymore but customer service is important. I saw a couple of other reviews that were almost word for word the same on this point.It is a bit pricey but the sandwich I had which was the Italian was so good! Almost as good as the deli on Long Island where I’m from.

This Jersey Mike's always does such an awesome job. The restaurant is clean. The staff is amazing - the service is quick and they're very friendly. The sandwiches are always made perfectly. They never get my order wrong! My go-to is the turkey I'm always hesitant to get oil and vinegar because other locations make it so messy. Not here, it's perfect!
