I don't know who the manager was working tonight, but give that man a raise!
Every staff member I spoke with tonight was super nice, and I received the absolute best customer service I have received in a very long time. I had a decent sized order and they were out of the specifics. This manager still fulfilled the order timely and gave me almost all breasts to make up for the deficits. I got home and noticed they threw in extra biscuits too!
While the service is received was great, I witnessed what I believe to be an amazing manager. He was leading by example and taking care of his staff. When give the extra bit of effort to take care of your staff, they take care of you!
Without a doubt, I'll be back to this location!

I came through the drive thru tonight. I got the last pot pie and I asked for a 4pc chicken finger combo. Got home and it was a 3pc tender meal with no biscuit. Charged for a 4 PC. I called and I got to speak with Alex. He was very apologetic. He thought he put an extra tender in the box and told the staff I would need to wait on a biscuit. They handed me my stuff and never said a thing. Thank you Alex for being honest, and answering the phone. I appreciate your professionalism.

Scheduled a pick up and went to pick it up, they didn't make the ordered because they were confused about tender combo and a sandwich. The guy I spoke with was a total jerk and said it was a waste of his time ask about my order in the drive thru. When you place an order in the drive thru, isn't that exactly what you're doing???? Had to cancel my order since it wasn't ready and I had to get back to work and they refused to refund me!!! DON'T ORDER HERE!

Went through the drive-thru this evening after having several appointments with my 80-year-old mother. Gave them what I would think to be a very simple order however, when I got home with my order I realized they gave me somebody else's. At the window they even reread the order to me as to what I was getting which was correct. So I didn't think I had to check the bag as I was at the window since they just read to me what the order was. So now I'm at home and my mom is trying to eat dinner so that I can get her on dialysis to find out. It's not even the right food that we ordered. And I don't even think they gave me a receipt because I can't find the receipt and my mom said it's not in the bag. So disappointed with this service. I had an issue the last time we went through this drive-thru.

Our order took 40 minutes when there was hardly any customers then paid extra for breast and thighs and end up not getting it.
Ordered grilled chiccen online! Get there to be told they don't serve grilled chiccen at this location!!!!!! 🤔 then why is it a choice online then! Was really looking forward to some KFC grilled chiccen 🤷🏾♂️ next time I guess.

Service was great. Got the $10 Tuesday deal. Chicken was way over battered, guessing this is done to fill the bucket. However all 8 pieces of chicken were way under cooked and raw in the middle. This KFC has serious issues we've been there several times and it seems every time is a bad experience.

There has not been 1 single time this place got my order right. The manager is rude, the staff is rude, the lobby is disgusting, and everything is sticky. I will never spend any money here again!
