Ordered at the counter five minutes later were told it would be 3 minutes waited another 5 minutes that’s when this old man had enough,, give me my money back!!!! Every restaurant should be operated like Chic -fil-A

I place a mobile order to pick up at 5:15pm , when I arrive I wait for my order and the cashier give my order to another Customer, when she notice she told another coworker and they told her to re-do the order. They call my name and told me that I have to wait because they make the mistake of give my order away. I wait 25 mnts more for my order. No apologies no checking on me nothing, after they give me the food I went to my car to check the order and my order was incomplete. I went back and let them know and they said I have to wait because the fries was not done . So I have to wait 15 more minutes, when they finally give me the rest of the food I ask the cashier who is the manager, the manager a black young girl with eyeglasses and shoulder length hair kind of pink hair name start with J when I start talking to her she start giving a attitude and ask me what I want since I already have my food , I told her I have being waiting for 40 mnts and she haven’t stop to talk to me not even once and she said for what she said “do you have your food right, what’s the problem “ the problem is that I place a mobile order at 5:15 and it’s 5:51 and I’m still at the restaurant and she told me that it was my fault for making a large order that if I want it quick I should have go behind the counter and do it. What a awful customer service, no apologies, no resolution . She then cover her necklace so I can’t see her name . That’s the type of manager Rincon store have . When I get home my family have to eat cold food after a long day of work. Really unfair.

AVOID THIS LOCATION, they repeat scam.
I've ordered from this place 3 times. All 3 times they have FAILED to give me chicken. I order a sandwich and they give me mashed potatoes instead. I order a famous bowl they don't give me chicken in it. On top of failing to provide any chicken they fail to provide half their other products as well. By far the worst KFC location in the state. If you can't sell chicken at a KFC you're better off closing down.

Ordered a KFC bowl, a biscuit, chicken nuggets, and a dessert.
Received a bag with the right receipt on it but instead had two boxes of honey bbq chicken and a soaked biscuit because they drenched the stuff in the sauce. I've worked in the food industry and it's not that hard.

The small chubby manager at this location is the worst manager that I have ever encountered in my entire life. He always has a bad attitude about everything. And God forbid that you tell him that your order is incorrect because he will scold you. He targets women and belittles them in front of other customers. I don’t know what person would hire such a bad employee that eventually will cause them a lawsuit. I will never step foot in the location while he works there, and I will make sure to tell everyone that I know about my experience.

12 PC meal and the staff doesn't know the difference between a thigh and a breast (not a single breast in my order. Received 3 legs, 3 wings and 6 thighs. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE! Garden City's kfs isn't any better... must be a company thing.
You know I've been a KFC Fan since I was 5 or 6 years old. But, I'm losing my desire to go spend 56 dollars for the marked up missing food. Yes missing. The last 3 times I've gone to the Rincon store I've come home or had to turn around and go back for food I've ordered. As I had to do again today. I ordered a 16 pc. Meal and 1 lrg fry. The fries were no where to be found even after having to repeat it at the window. And telling them about the last time ordering 3 fries and getting home to find they are not there. You can call the store to let them know only for them not to ever answer. Top it off this time after turning around for missing fries, I get home and make my plate, look for biscuits, low and behold there are none. Now I know why the order was filled so fast they don't give you all your order. I think someone needs to pay closer attention, and the kfc employee needs to not be rude and toss the food your people forgot as if it was my fault ( literally flipped it over his arm as if he was being enconveinced) or KFC needs to clean house. Sure makes me not want to spend my money there any longer. That's 3 times same store. Tired and annoyed customer. Talk to your people. They must do better or move on to something else. And I didn't get a receipt

I don't know who the manager was working tonight, but give that man a raise!
Every staff member I spoke with tonight was super nice, and I received the absolute best customer service I have received in a very long time. I had a decent sized order and they were out of the specifics. This manager still fulfilled the order timely and gave me almost all breasts to make up for the deficits. I got home and noticed they threw in extra biscuits too!
While the service is received was great, I witnessed what I believe to be an amazing manager. He was leading by example and taking care of his staff. When give the extra bit of effort to take care of your staff, they take care of you!
Without a doubt, I'll be back to this location!
