Terrible experience for the 3rd time! We go back hoping the service and food get better but each time it's gotten worse. It took almost 40 minutes get our food. There were 4 other people before us that still didn't get there food by the time we left. The combo meal came with fries and when I opened the box to check the order, there were maybe 6 fries. I took the box up to the counter to ask why they only put a few fries and the guy looked at me like I was crazy. Didn't say a word just walked away and came back with another small order of fries. No apology, no communication what so ever. The staff are all rude, its dirty and smells. We will definitely not go back again. The food is not worth waiting that long. We should have just asked for a refund!

Unprofessional service, general management yelling on the phone in front of the employees and customers, employees said 20 min wait on chicken, which turned into 50 min wait I've couldn't be more disappointed in the night service at this establishment I could have went somewhere else and received my food faster than this and been home at a decent time , 2nd time waiting for food at this establishment very displeased. I wouldn't advise going to this establishment at night for a family meal. Also nobody wearing protective head gear when touching the food, will not order here again .

Shouldn't take 25 mins for food when there is 2 cars and no body in the drive through. I'm never coming back ridiculous and service was terrible. If I wouldn't of already paid I'd of left.

The Caucasian man behind the counter during lunch time took my food back after I paid for it because I wouldn't sign a piece of paper for delivery drivers because I was not one and did not want my information to be displayed on the counter. He was clearly on something. Somebody needs to address this guy's attitude. Not once did I get aggressive but he insisted on being incredibly disrespectful at his place of work toward me while holding my food from me. He is going to talk to the wrong person on the wrong day. The manager seems to know it to as she was chuckling at him also, while he was acting out and telling him to give me my food. He was clearly picking a fight.

I ordered a 6 piece meal deal and one of the boxes with nuggets fries, chicken and biscuits.I did not get the chicken for my box then.I car tried calling for almost an hour with no answer at the store. This is not the first time I've had a problem with this store.Last time.I got a 16 piece family deal.That gave me a 16 pieces.That was nothing but legs that were and I had to drive up there to replace that this time.I don't have access to a vehicle.So i'm unable to drive up there and replace what i'm missing....the fries I got this time are over cooked and obvisly had been sitting for a while ...
