Kobe Hibachi Grill & Sushi

Recently dined here and unfortunately witnessed one of the most unprofessional displays of customer service I’ve ever seen. While enjoying my meal, I observed a server speaking to a customer and her mother with a consistently rude and dismissive attitude.

When the mother politely asked about her egg rolls, the server snapped back in an unkind and disrespectful tone. Later, when the food was brought out, the server accused the customer of not ordering correctly, repeating and yelling “no you didn’t” multiple times instead of addressing the issue respectfully. The situation escalated further when the customer expressed frustration, and shockingly, the server raised her voice again, challenging the mother to physically hit her loudly and in front of the daughters child and other customer's. This level of aggression and hostility from a staff member/server is absolutely unacceptable in any dining establishment.

I have never before seen such blatant unprofessionalism in a restaurant. Staff should de-escalate tense moments, not fuel them or egg customers on. Regardless of what may have been said, it is never appropriate for an employee to provoke or dare a customer to a fight. This experience left a very negative impression, and I cannot in good conscience recommend this restaurant to others until they address this serious issue with staff conduct and customer service.

This establishment is disgusting. Found what looked like pubic hair in my food, the waitress decided to take it then argue with me that it never happened. She licked my fork as well. Horrible service.

i accidentally got the wrong meal to go. i called back the next day and they were so great! i talked to the manager and they made me a whole new steak chicken and rice! no veggies!! i just wanted to say thank yall for being so nice. and also reimbursing me with the right food!!

The cashier was very unwelcoming and seemed irritated that I was ordering food. Didn’t receive a receipt, a hello or a thank you. The food was ok, nothing to write home about. Will not be going back.

I ordered three sushi rolls. While making my sushi, the chef answered the phone as well as took cash from three other customers without changing his gloves, all while making food.

The place was dirty. And the sushi barely had any rice and fell apart. Needless to say, I fed the sushi to my pigs…

What a waste! I’ll never be back! I’ll be trying the recommended Toro down the street instead.

Decent selection of hibachi and sushi. The food is always excellent. Service is quick and decent, with some of the staff being a little friendlier than others. Very small establishment. When it gets really busy, the establishments traffic becomes a little stifled. I typically get the steak, chicken and shrimp plate. Sometimes I have to split it with my husband depending on how hungry I am. Good amount of food for the price. The black dragon roll is amazing.

Parking: The parking lot is for a chain of stores and sometimes becomes a little crowded, especially when some of the other places are at peak business hours also.

Kid-friendliness: Not really much in the way of a kids menu, but there are some smaller menu options that are good and the atmosphere is good for kids.

I try to come here at least once a month for the Tokyo rolls and shrimp dumplings. Food is always fresh the ppl are so nice and respectful. If you have not tried the Tokyo rolls do yourself a favor a must try! They use real snow crab meat that is a game changer seriously!! Price is very reasonable for the amount of food
