I visited the Rincon Kroger the weekend before Christmas to pickup medicine and shop for a few items. I want to thank John for helping me obtain a handicap cart. Both of my knees are in bad condition due to a birth defect. He went from the pharmacy side to the grocery side to get the cart and bring it to me so I didn't have to walk. True customer service. I am pleased with how he treated me and went out of the way to help.

The whole store has some dishonest employees. On more than 1 occasion I have tried to purchase something with a sale sticker. When the item rang up full price and the cashier had to verify the price… some other employee would chime back saying “nope it’s full price!” Be a decent person and not lie! I went back to check too and someone ripped off all the sale stickers that were previously there! (Should have brought my phone in to take a picture as proof!) 1) it’s not my fault y’all missed pulling those stickers! 2) lying to customers will make us go somewhere else! People are trying to save as much as they can these days. A few dollars matter these days! You’re staff is dishonest Kroger! Do better!

I am very unhappy with this store! It is the worst Kroger!! I waited 20 minutes to speak to a manager who never would come out of his office. Meat department completely closed due to staffing issues! Absolutely no fresh meat and no steaks. No one was at the customer service counter . There were 3 people waiting inline with no one at the counter!! Absolutely uncalled for! I will gladly drive ten minutes to Publix for the customer service!!

TIS IS AN AWEFUL, ALWAYS UNSTOCKED, EVEN BEFORE CORONA, VERY EXPENSIVE (AGAIN EVEN BEFORE CORONA) KROGER STORE I HAVE EVER BEEN IN! They are blaming Corona for items they don't have in stock (stating it is due to Corona) yet the Walmart across the street can and does have that EXACT SAME BRAND AND ITEM ON ITS SHELF!

I ordered a birthday cake 3 weeks before the party to be picked up Dec 5th at noon I got there before noon and the cake had not even been made they had to look for my order slip that was not put in the right place when I ordered the cake all they had was chocolate which was not a problem but a pin going to pick up they didnt even have chocolate only marble which was not a problem the problem was I got there early to pick up the cake and they had not even started it. I watched them look for it and find the order slip and they tried to play it off that they didnt have the stuff when that wasnt even it

James is the man.....love that guy. Everytime we have lunch at the cafe...which by the way is a 4 and a half star experience, Mr James goes out of his way to ensure my colleagues and I are comfortable.

I’ve always had a good experience but I just purchased a pick up order for 300$ and opened a bag of Kroger brand pizza rolls. After dumping the bag on my pan a large frozen roach looking bug came out of the bottom of the bag as well.

I don’t recommend for Kroger Pickup . Every single time I place a pickup order they always miss several things on my list / yesterday I placed another order and they literally came out saying they didn’t have over half of my grocery list . I told them to cancel my order and I went inside and found everything on my list that I asked for ?!

I went into the store last night for items on the current sale, peaches, etc...the store was not stocked, the sale prices were not up, no buttermilk, etc!!! Where is the Manager who normally runs this store???

Y’all, this has happened several times and I just won’t do it again. The prices written on the receipt are what the price *should* have been. The money I got back was ~10% of the total bill.

20 mins to checkout is crazy! 2 registers open, pushing people to self checkout...guess what I don't work there and checking out myself does not get me a discount!!! they can hire people to grocery shop for you, well how about hire people to check out the customers who are actually shopping in the store!!!!

Self scan equipment is way too sensitive when you can’t use your own bags without needing an attendant to bypass for every bag!!!
