Helen caused a lot of power outage. So we came here. The wait was understandable, but one of the workers had year son behind the counter and near the sandwich making table. I will get my order but will not return. A child shouldn't be in the work area.

I’d give it a higher rating, but the food is mid at best. And the service is sub/par. I came in once at 8:49 PM, and they told me they had turned off their grill so they couldn’t cook hot food. I understand wanting to go home, but to me that’s inexcusable. Grill should stay on til closing time. Tried calling, didn’t receive an answer. Just seems like poor leadership and management honestly.

Checked hours online before arriving and it said they opened at 10am on Sunday. We arrived about 11:20. Upon arrival 3 employees told us they would be opening in 10 min. From what we saw, they were just standing around. After waiting 10 min to order, we went to get drinks…..several were out and when we mentioned it they told us they had not gotten around to changing them.
All in all food was very good for sub shop in a gas station. Very convenient. Just need some work on service. I am not aware of ANY reason they could not have taken our order 10 min earlier than when they open. Also, need to make sure hours are correct….be warned it is 11:30 on Sunday (which is OK, just needed to be updated on Google Maps).

This is the second time I have come for a turkey rueben and they didn't have 1 of the 3 ingredients. First time I was told before I paid, no sauerkraut. This time I ordered and paid and no 1000 island. Then the sandwich had minimal kraft and the cheese wasn't melted. Very disappointed because I just left Richmond Hill. They have an amazing Reuben, but I thought it best to support local businesses. So much for good intentions

Waited in line for 5 min while staff walking back and forth when finally got one to stopp they say we not taking orders at this time wow, a sign would been nice. 430 and no service but staff member was sitting and eating a sub..lol

In a gas station- i will not go there again. They were out of chicken breasts and tomatoes and dill pickles spears. Behind counter looked messy, tables were dirty and had not been wooed off
The sandwiches are both wrong and uneatable. The paper is full of oil , it took an excessive amount of time due to two employees sitting in the back of the restaurant having a conversation. The employees in the back didn't attempt to assist the cashier until I started to visibly show signs of tired of waiting. Let's see I had to use the restroom. Make a purchase in the gas station, sit in the vehicle and have a conversation and return and the food still not ready

We ordered tuna subs for a extended family dinner because they were vegan and the subs turned out great! My husband also has ordered some for his men's bible study and those were a hit also! Much better than subway!

It has been a long time since ce we've had a Larry's Sub and I'd like to say it's been too long. The employees were very nice polite and helpful; built a bomb "samich" two of them actually. We did the Boss Steak pcs and a turkey club. They both were soo good.
