The staff was nice and made sure to apologize for the wait. The sandwich was just as I ordered. I am always happy with the service, regardless of how busy the shop is at times. It does not disappoint.

I’d give it a higher rating, but the food is mid at best. And the service is sub/par. I came in once at 8:49 PM, and they told me they had turned off their grill so they couldn’t cook hot food. I understand wanting to go home, but to me that’s inexcusable. Grill should stay on til closing time. Tried calling, didn’t receive an answer. Just seems like poor leadership and management honestly.

Checked hours online before arriving and it said they opened at 10am on Sunday. We arrived about 11:20. Upon arrival 3 employees told us they would be opening in 10 min. From what we saw, they were just standing around. After waiting 10 min to order, we went to get drinks…..several were out and when we mentioned it they told us they had not gotten around to changing them.

All in all food was very good for sub shop in a gas station. Very convenient. Just...
