Picked up a pizza on 10/31 and they were swamped. They were all working like a well oiled machine, it was all hands on deck and they should be very proud of themselves. Customer service was excellent even when receiving less than kind comments from customers. Couldn’t do that job even if I tried, keep up the hard work guys!

My daughter and I went to grab one one of the hot and ready pizzas...there where 2 customers ahead of her and like 3 more came in , which she was told it as atleast a 10 min wait. She sat and I waited in the car because it was pouring rain...I noticed all those people came out with pizzas and she was still waiting ..I called her phone she said the lady rolled her eyes at her and when she asked for the pizza she was waiting on the lady by the name of Trina W shrugged her shoulders and walked off..I then walked in to all employees in the back talking and my daughter being ignored..i asked a guy who was in sight where is the manager..he looks at me with disgust and says, What very rude..then another guy comes up saying he's the manger (which is a lie) and that no pizzas where ready after we done been waiting over 20 minutes, but I see the lady with the khaki pants now hiding looking from around the racks...the racism they showed was literally uncalled for and I will not support any componany who always these workers to show such hatred....she was the only one skipped and showed hatred out of all the people who where entering . This place is trash and the workers don't mind showing racism.

AMAZING SERVICE! I was served by Tina who is the manager of the store and she was absolutely incredible! Loved her vibrant personality and goofy attitude not to mention the pizza was cooked to perfection ‼️

The cashier was rude and the boy in the back started flipping her off infront of kids that was in there! waited for pizza just for them to be cold because they wanted to let it sit before handing it to me!

Took my order employee told us it’d be 15 min pizza looked hot when I opened it myself got 5 min up the street and gave out pizza to everyone pizza was hard and old… make sure you tell these kids working there to make it fresh it is very disrespectful to give someone old food.. especially when they have paid their money and then the prices increased so customers deserve fresh meal
Sorry service! Manager was rude! Never got my pizza after ordering online went pick it up and Manager Kim made me stand in there and wait 25 minutes after I ask for a refund. Only after I ask the guy at the counter did I need to call police to get my money back did she even acknowledge I was waiting, then all she did was take my name and phone number and told me some one from Corporate would call me the next day ! That never happened! Thank God for banks that take this seriously!

I love getting pizza here. Being from Detroit this is what we got the most. Sometimes the service here is incredibly lacking but most times I have no issues. Lately it does seem significantly better.

Order is not correct! Did not get the cookie dough brownies we paid almost $5 for! Ordered half a pizza with jalapeños and they way they cut it did not make it half a pizza with jalapeños, it made most pieces have jalapeños! Thanks for not letting me enjoy having pizza and brownies tonight!!!
