Rincon location is the worst. They don’t answer the phone and they never have the specials. When you go in there, it’s pretty much you get whatever they have ready. They make no effort to make something for you or prepare something if they don’t already have it ready so rude.

I ordered a pretzel crust pepperoni pizza regular not stuff crust, two orders of buffalo wings. I get to the restaurant and check my food and this is what the cashier stated was their "version" of pretzel pizza. They charge you over $1.50 cent per sauce even if you order items like WINGS that should come with at least one sauce. Don't waste your money

This review is directly due to the inadequate and rude service that Tina provided for us today. We went in to try the pizza puffs but they were not available, so we went ahead and got a couple pizzas and an order of Italian bread. Our daughters used to work at LC and back then got my husband hooked on a sauce mix of buffalo and garlic parm wing sauces. ( WE PAY EXTRA FOR THIS). The request was very simple but met with a look of displeasure from Tina that should would have to put the slightest bit more effort in to her job. After a 15 min wait Tina handed my 17yr old son the order and he came to the car. I find a container of buffalo sauce and bbq. So nicely my son goes back inside waits at the end of the line and asks again for garlic parm sauce, at which point Tina rolls her eyes and gets him a cup of shake parm cheese and shoves it in his hand. Now I’ve pulled the truck up in front of the store at this point and again my son waited in line to ask for a garlic parm wing sauce . After all that she had the audacity to go in the back and say loud enough for my son to hear” what is wrong with that kid?” Well Tina my son has special needs and is working on his LIFE skills by dealing with people like YOU! You either choose to work in service or you have no other options but either way you’re rude and disrespectful! I certainly hope that a district manager sees this & reaches out to me , since the store NEVER answers the phone!

They never answer their phones and always act like they are top KIDS that work with additudes especially getting told that they don't have time to answer a phone with a lot of pizzas they supposedly make?? and when they say it's online you walk into store and they don't give you what you ordered or refund it they take it to there needs instead and don't tell you but replace it for something else and they say oh well definitely disappointed about these kids that work here. Will not be returning

Haven’t eaten here in years. Decided to go there to pick up pizza, didn’t know I had to enter code into a holding oven. It was crammed with people and police, not sure what happened prior to arriving. Next time would have it delivered. The pizza and breadsticks were good, but pretty

I tried calling 6 times and no one answered, when I got here I asked if their number was changed or if it was in service. The response I got was “ no, not when we have 300 pizzas to make”I’ve worked in customer service for over 20 years, 10 of that was in the fast food industry. That is not an appropriate response to a customer.If you can’t handle your work load, and still take care of calls, hire more people.But seriously train these young people how to have tact when talking to customers.I sincerely thought the number was changed and that it just wasn’t updated on Google.I dont think I will come back to this location.Pizza huts customer service is amazing!

Terrible service!!Came in at 8:00 in the evening to order a deep dish pizza. Very simple. Was told that they were too busy on a Friday night to make it?.. there was only one other customer waiting for their pizza while I was talking to the employee in the front, all the other ones in the back were running around and playing..been going there since it opened but will never go back..rude and awful service..

Ordered a supreme pizza and it was TERRIBLE. It had 3 toppings on it, mostly mushrooms. Worst pizza by far that we have EVER eaten. The marinara sauce did not taste like their normal sauce and was horrible. I’m am beyond disappointed and unsatisfied with my experience!

Food was hot and good per usual which is always great, but the customer service wasn’t the best (however I was greeted properly). I sat there almost 30 minutes, while listening to the workers mingle and not in the most professional way but that really didn’t bother me…. it’s a fast food department and they deal with all types of personalities all day so a break is much needed, but what I didn’t appreciate is the food clearly being ready and sitting in the warmers for more than half that time. me not being a nagging customer just assuming maybe it’s for somebody else I didn’t say anything but they could clearly see me pacing and then sitting down so it would’ve been nice for someone or the person who placed my order to ask what did I order again or had let me know how much longer it’ll be because I didn’t like the fact the food was there the whole time.

**RACIAL DISCRIMINATION** on all levels. I ordered a Cheese Pizza ( that was already ready). I stood waiting thinking they had to make more. 5 minutes or so passed. 2 other nice older gentleman got their food as I waited. 10 minutes the cashier with PINK HAIR goes to give me a pizza that has been sitting there. I asked why was I waiting ? I prefer a fresh pizza. She then walked to the back telling her co workers. They guy crab the pizza and gave it back to her saying something to the effect of make her ( me) take it. She walked back up front and said this one is ready and I replied it been ready why did you make me wait ? , she said because I wasn’t letting you go before them ( the 2 white customers). I reminded her the pizza box says “ Hot and ready “. She storms off telling the manager oh come up here and >> Handle IT<< . Beyond disrespectful and embarrassing I said your customer service is horrible. The other worker or manager made it worse. I asked for her name she said I’m not giving it to you and I said no one has on a name badge. She basically said oh well you have your food now. I was in a rush to pick up my kids from school and just was discussed at this point. Rincon location

Overall was a good experience. A lot of people would give a bad rating for their online order not being in the pizza portal when app said it was ready, but they were extremely busy and I had nothing to do anyway so I gladly waited in line for my order. Cashier was extremely professional and apologized even though I told them an apology wasn’t needed because they were busy and hustling to get everyone taken care of. Whoever the crew was working on the evening of 10/27/23, thank y’all.

This morning I purchased an order of crazy bread. On the way home I noticed that NONE of the bread sticks had parmesan on them. I returned to the store thinking this was an oversight, despite the store having been open only forty minutes. After informing the employee of the "oversight", she then informed me that they were out of parmesan. Why was I not informed before my order and money were taken? I requested and got a refund. I am likely to not return as a patron. I consider today's interaction dishonest, ill-mannered, and a total waste of my time.
