Every time i try going here close to closing hours they are already closed. Just now we tried going through the drive through at 12:02am because it says online that the drive through is open till 1am. Went to the drive through and the automated answering thing said they were closed. As we were leaving another person pulled through the drive through as well.

Honestly even when I do Mobile orders, still is never ready on time and very slow service. But the frappe machine is always down. Which is disappointing i got to the point I will no longer come to this Mc Donald’s. I paid for a large frappe instead they replaced it with a medium iced coffee. Contacted support and haven’t heard anything from them.

Figured I'd take a picture of the receipt so that way everyone can see I didn't ask for half my coffee and they refused to remake it, 0/10 if I could everyone was rude and it took 45 minutes just for my food and my fries were cold, just makes you not want to return at all and after my horrible order at what point does McDonald's retrain all its staff or leave this location?

Don't go to this place at 6qm thinking they're going to be open when they are supposed to be
This is the only McDonald's in Effingham county that cooks their food correctly and freshly! This place knows how to make the fries perfectly, and my burgers are always cooked fresh (you can taste and feel the difference!). Always worth the extra drive to come to this location!
Parking: Plenty of parking spots on the side of the building near the drive thru, and additional parking spots in front of the building as well.
