Pizza was fresh and tasted great! The cheese was perfectly melted — super gooey and just the right amount. Crust was soft and baked just right. Order was ready on time and the staff was friendly. This Rincon location really delivered. Will definitely be coming back!

I know this company hasn’t had a reputable rep in the last few years, but I think they are starting to turn around! We just order a 3 for 24 pizza deal and the pizzas were amazing!! We ordered thin crust and a regular crust and it was truly the best experience to date since I tried this location. Shout out to to the team working this evening! Please keep up the good work! It’s much appreciated!

Absolutely the worst customer service experience ever, I mean besides the last time we tried to place an order online and the store just cancelled it with no explanation. Today our order was missing all the extra sauces we had ordered, which are $1 each now on the website menu. The order was incorrect period including the wings being half of the regular order size with almost no sauce! When I called to speak with a manager I waited for 28 min which I understand if they are busy, but to then have the person which was the manager answer and then hang up on me in mid sentence. I have worked in the service industry for over 25 years and I would never treat anyone this way, and to top it off Megan from the store location took it upon herself to call me back and argue with me that I would not be getting a refund because I received my order! SMH does anyone take any pride in work these days? Megan also informed me that this location is not corporate and it will do me no good to call corporate offices, well Megan I guess we will see about that, you may have picked the wrong one to challenge.

I placed an order on 12/23 at 6:30 pm. I choose the online delivery coupon. Also left a $4.00 tip for my delivery. Once I hit the pay button it saps see you soon Kathy, your pick up will be ready at such and such time. I immediately called the store to say I have no car and this was supposed to be a delivery, is there anything we can do. However, I sat on hold for 23 minutes before just hanging up. Needless to say I did not get my pizza nor was there anyway at all to fix the situation. Very displeased that no one could even pick up the phone.
Ordered delivery, 2hrs later pizza arrived cold.
