On Dec. 6, I placed an order for delivery@ 5:51pm .Approximately 30 minutes later than the said delivery time, I got a text message saying it was now being delivered by Doordash.If you didn't have any drivers why not call the customer and let them know.? I let that slide due to having 3 little ones at home. Doordash arrived almost 2 hours later @7:20pm. The pizza was burnt to a crisp and cold. I ultimately had to leave my house anyway to get a refund bc no one was answering the phone. I did receive my refund, but I won't be ordering from this location again.

They never deliver my food right. I’ve tired them three times and they always forget something and then they tell me to call the store and yet no one ever picks up. It’s sad with how expensive this place is.

Tonight was my last dealing with this place. Always an issue, order wrong, not everything delivered, cold, etc. Tonight a good bit after it was to arrive I get a notification that Doordash is now going to deliver, another 35 minutes later. It shows up, thrown in a chair on the porch and is cold. The Doordarshan driver is a separate issue, but she is not doing anything good as far as pizza huts reputation and customer service. Good luck with your order....

Let’s get right into it. There was a man working, I assume the shift lead or manager. I must applaud him, he had such a great attitude all around. He is on top of everything, he makes sure the pizza is up to standards. Meaning pretty cheese melted, correct amount of cheese and toppings. The best pizza in Rincon, Pooler, Savannah I must say I am here working and good pizza is hard to come by and I walked in at my last attempt before giving up on pizza in the entire state. He was a lifesaver. He respects the dollar that is worked for especially now days. AMEN give him a raise.

Arrived at the Rincon GA location and saw a bunch of employees sitting down. Not busy at all. I noticed my pizza was not cut in squares and told the employee I'll do it myself! I asked for some red pepper flakes packets and she grabs a handful and puts it on top of my pizza instead of putting it in a bag!!!! How disgusting and unprofessional! The pizza tasted like the recipe changed and wasn't that good! I'll stick with Papa John's!!!!!

It takes a literal act of GOD to get someone on the phone at this store to make an order, because Pizza Hut outsourced their phone ordering, and they try to order my pizza through a store that is literally on the complete opposite side of town from me when this store is 5 minutes away! And no one can ever transfer me to the store, because when they do it either circles back around to the beginning or the phone just rings off the hook until you give up.

I asked for no onions or peppers on my pizza because of allergy and they threw both on it and plus no one can answer the phone up there so I guess I got screwed over by Rincon Pizza Hut with a pizza I cannot eat or I will die

Ordered two personal fan pizzas, one supreme and one pepperoni. The pepperoni one has so much cheese on that it was flowing over the sides and that supreme had so much of everything on it that it was unedible. The food cost at this establishment must be out of the roof
