I just picked up my pizza at the Rincon location and I waited a while before someone came to take my order. I don't know if it's required but the young kid in the back did not have on gloves as he sprinkled the toppings on the order he was making. Hope he washed his hands.😕

Ordered 2 large pepperoni's on the phone.They never asked us what kind of crust. A frozen pizza would have been better than this one. Woman at the counter very unfriendly won't be back

We didn’t have Italian at all. We had what should have been an easy southern food of fried sweet potatoes which was on menu & a hamburger - Simla ( Right ) ?? WRONG. It was Horrible. If u can COOK simple — why should I put stress on my taste buds & come back. Tommys Sucks!

AMY is the most disrespectful and irritated staff member on the team. I understand getting orders out as quickly as possible is a priority but to roll her eyes at my husband who is trying to pick up our to go order is another thing. She asks what the order was and I’m looking at her dumbfounded because the screen says my order was ready with my name in all caps, besides, can it not be viewed on our order receipt? She’s disgusting. Only reason I didn’t raise hell in the store was because she was not going to get a reaction out of me. Can’t work with customers? THEN QUIT.
Ordered a New York Style pizza with a promised delivery time within 45 minutes (we live approx 1 block from the store). Pizza was 35 minutes late and was as cold as the outdoor temperture - New York Style is not conducive to rewarming (it becomes spongy and tasteless). Ended up throwing out most of the pizza.

Aunt just ordered pizza and was kind of rude to the guy (which I did not agree with) and we got 2 of the “my hunt box’s” for me and my brother… My pizza was doughy and falling a part and was so cold oh my gosh. The chicken was good though but me and my little brother’s stomachs hurt 😭

On Dec. 6, I placed an order for delivery@ 5:51pm .Approximately 30 minutes later than the said delivery time, I got a text message saying it was now being delivered by Doordash.If you didn't have any drivers why not call the customer and let them know.? I let that slide due to having 3 little ones at home. Doordash arrived almost 2 hours later @7:20pm. The pizza was burnt to a crisp and cold. I ultimately had to leave my house anyway to get a refund bc no one was answering the phone. I did receive my refund, but I won't be ordering from this location again.

They never deliver my food right. I’ve tired them three times and they always forget something and then they tell me to call the store and yet no one ever picks up. It’s sad with how expensive this place is.

Tonight was my last dealing with this place. Always an issue, order wrong, not everything delivered, cold, etc. Tonight a good bit after it was to arrive I get a notification that Doordash is now going to deliver, another 35 minutes later. It shows up, thrown in a chair on the porch and is cold. The Doordarshan driver is a separate issue, but she is not doing anything good as far as pizza huts reputation and customer service. Good luck with your order....
