Tried to get a 16 piece all dark meat meal.... willing to wait the cook times but they told me they couldn't do it.. it was hours before they closed but the guys at the Rincon, Georgia location said there was no way.. I was even willing to pay extra.. so I ordered the 16 piece and then ordered 4 extra lega and they said no.. "I'm sorry, I can't do that" was their exact words.. that's just sad.. so I went else where and spent over 60$ to get what works for my family.. I'm so upset and will never visit a Popeyes again!!

This location sucks! Every time I go it takes forever to get the food. After I ordered and sat in my car I get up to the window and the girl ask me if I will take something else because they forgot to drop the chicken filets for my sandwiches. So I had to pull up and waited in my car for another 22 minutes to end up having to go inside and ask where my food was because they never came out with it.

Why there is a need for the cashier to be rude to the customers? If you are not happy with your job, look for something else.Had to witnessed the cashier being so rude to this DoorDash driver that made everyone else around feeling very uncomfortable.And the manager was doing everything else but managing the store. Guy who took our order huffed at everything we asked for. We asked for spoons because we had mashed potatoes and the sauces we asked for upon ordering. He huffed again and got one spoon. We waiting because we needed 2 more spoons and the other 2 sauces we'd now asked twice for. We finally gave up. They were out of half of what we ordered which we understood and would have paid for any sauces but we only got one after repeated requests. Cold food and horrible service

As I'm writing this I've been waiting in this lobby for the last 20mins waiting in line for someone to take my order, they are concerned more about drive thru then taking our oder, yes I get it they are busy on the drive thru, but at least have the front cashier take our order then worrying about helping drive thru, I mean what's the issue here, why isn't there some one here to delegate like (management) instead of being on the drive thru,.this is just ridiculous
