If I could give ZERO stars, I would. We waited nearly 3 hours for our food. Called the store 3 or 4 times. Spoke DIRECTLY to the owner who told us “you can go ahead and leave a review on Google, Yelp, Facebook, whatever you want, we are not comping the order or offering any kind of discount. Nothing I’m willing to do.”…so here I am. I’ve NEVER heard a manager speak to someone like that. They did not even apologize for the inconvenience. No discounts were given, and the food was ice cold when it arrived. Worst service I’ve actually ever had. Such a shame we won’t be able to support a small business again.

My fellow Jersey friend has the best gourmet pizza around. Not to mention the dinners they offer. Been here 5 times now and has not disappointed yet. Being from Jersey/New York we know our Italian food. ENJOY!!!

I had a HORRIBLE experience with Romano’s twice. My first order wasn’t delivered so 3 hours later I called and they said they could remake it and delivered a cold cheese pizza. They said they would replace free and when I called for the replacement I was charged and I called for a refund and was partially refunded. I called back and was hung up on.
Ordered the calamari for appetizer very good. Ordered the 24 inch pizza very good lots of toppings. Well worth the money a gem I'm hiding. I will be eating there again.

Completely horrible experience... I would like to say the food is good but I have been waiting over an hour and a half and I am being told that the driver has the food and there are orders before mine. Spoke to a manager giving her an opportunity to make things right and she said there was nothing she would do... She could have discounted the bill... Given a coupon something.... But she refused saying there was nothing she could do. So I mentioned leaving a bad review and she said go ahead.... So I wouldn't eat here... And I am probably going to dispute the cc charge when it hits 2 hours.

If you have not tried their pizza, you are nutz! Oh my gosh, the Chicken Alfredo Pizza is to die for…literally! The Hawaiian and Meat Lovers is fantastic! I was a huge person of not having chicken on pizza but I am truly a believer now. Thank You guys and my nightshift co-workers enjoyed all of it! Thank

Went in for a pick up after I was shafted by the Port Wentworth store. Great atmosphere, staff was friendly and attentive, and the food was great. Wife had the chicken parm pizza and said the chicken was perfect. I had a calzone and it was packed with cheese and meaty. Will definitely be ordering, ONLY, from the Rincon store. If you live out by the Port Wentworth store, it is worth the drive to Rincon.
