When they first opened, you couldn’t find better service anywhere in Rincon. Now they take longer, charge cards incorrectly and rarely get my order right. Not worth the hassle

SMELL YOUR FOOD BEFORE EATING! Came in about 9:45pm and ordered the new pork ramen. Got home and the pork was rancid. Called and had to leave a message. No return call so clearly they don't care.

Decent food however they need to do a better job with packaging food in drive through. Last time my entire entree leaked all over my car this time today my entire miso soup spilled inside of a plastic shopping bag. Soup went to waste. Please fix the way you package your food!!

Was great when they opened but the quality seems to be slipping. I'll still dine here occasionally though.

Customer service is awful. Cashier was not pleasant and rude. While trying to be passive aggressive. Would not recommend.

Delicious food and friendly customer service although there were a few tables to be cleaned and she was on her phone.

Absolutely delicious! I went to Seasons in Pooler and walked right out, but the one here in Port Wentworth/Rincon is amazing! Extremely clean, big portions of food, and attentive, quick service from the staff. 10/10 will recommend and return

Felt cheated by price. Same exact food 2 to 3 miles further down in Rincon.

First time I visited the rice bowl was partially under cooked. Cashier not to welcoming. Went back to try again the rice was cooked and it had a decent amount of chicken. But, the cashier again was not into it. Should at least smile and say thank you!

Parking: Had several spots.

The customer service is ok, the atmosphere is not dine in worthy, it's more of a grab & go, but the food has always been good.

Placed an order an hour before the store closed. They called and stated they already closed and asked if they could make it tomorrow. I asked for them to process a refund instead, stated that I will have to come in the store for a refund. With technology today, they should be able to process a refund instead of me having to waste my time to come in when they closed an hour before their site says and if they changed times, turn off online ordering.
