Do not bother to come here. They screwed up our order every possible way. Pickles where we didn’t want them. No cheese on a cheeseburger. Sloppily put together. You can tell they don’t care. Pay full price for less than half effort.

The wait time is ridiculous and you're unable to park and order. Every time we come we have to do drive thru and we've waited for almost 30mins with the line NOT moving. Its becoming a habit

Sat at the speaker for 10 minutes before someone finally answered just to inform me they was drive thru only in a very rude tone.

We stopped for lunch and did an online order we sat in stall 4 for over 20 mins so we decided to go through the drive thru and had to wait in the long line we got to the speaker told them that we had a mobile order pulled up to the window and finally got our food the food was correct but you could tell it had been sitting.

Just close this place down. If you're going to take money you should serve freshly prepared food. Why is it always drive thru only? It takes so long to get the food it's cold by the time you get it .

Waited in line 40 mins for them to not have our items or ability to refund. They let us sit in line without telling us they didn't have slushes or add ins, even though we talked at speaker.

Purchased 2 cheese burger meals - were burnt, so bad could have used them as hockey pucs -horrible. Could not eat it, threw them away/ wont go back

Typically, I go here in the mornings so it's not too busy because I go after the breakfast rush but before lunch. One of the better fast food options, in my opinion. Service is always great.

Awful customer service. Placed an order @ 930pm on line to pick up at 9:50. Get there after 10+ min they said it’s not ready, then after 10+ more minutes say they have no more smash patties, okay can you make me something else and refund the difference, the most obvious way to settle the problem. He said no I can’t refund anything. First of all the smash burgers are like $3 more than the other burgers. I had 4. Ok fine can you make it and idc about the difference. Okay, they say yes. Next 10+ more minutes and they say another dasher picked up my order. HOW, this is an online order through their website not doordash or uber. They argued that someone picked it up meanwhile we were there for almost an hour at this point. I said either make the food I already paid for or refund me. Absolutely the worst customer service. If something is out, maybe you should make it unavailable online so people don’t waste an hour for something they paid for only to be argued with by teenagers.

The wife picked up food for dinner sthis evening. Double cheeseburger and onion rings. The burger was off. Idk tasted bad. Plus onion rings were half cooked and falling apart. Used to love this place, but it was horrible tonight.

After the rude girl at the window got my root beer float wrong twice another girl called herself fixing it I saw them just pour it in another cup and try to pass it off. This place is a joke I will never order from there again! They are nasty in more ways than one!

Let’s get right into it. All those stalls not being used….Only drive thru. The food at this location is not up to par. Especially the onion rings..they were old,and greasy. It’s Sonic, it’s not that hard. Then again, good fast food is hard to come by these days. Such a shame.
