Typically, I go here in the mornings so it's not too busy because I go after the breakfast rush but before lunch. One of the better fast food options, in my opinion. Service is always great.

Awful customer service. Placed an order @ 930pm on line to pick up at 9:50. Get there after 10+ min they said it’s not ready, then after 10+ more minutes say they have no more smash patties, okay can you make me something else and refund the difference, the most obvious way to settle the problem. He said no I can’t refund anything. First of all the smash burgers are like $3 more than the other burgers. I had 4. Ok fine can you make it and idc about the difference. Okay, they say yes. Next 10+ more minutes and they say another dasher picked up my order. HOW, this is an online order through their website not doordash or uber. They argued that someone picked it up meanwhile we were there for almost an hour at this point. I said either make the food I already paid for or refund me. Absolutely the worst customer service. If something is out, maybe you should make it unavailable online so people don’t waste an hour for something they paid for only to be argued with by teenagers.

The wife picked up food for dinner sthis evening. Double cheeseburger and onion rings. The burger was off. Idk tasted bad. Plus onion rings were half cooked and falling apart. Used to love this place, but it was horrible tonight.

After the rude girl at the window got my root beer float wrong twice another girl called herself fixing it I saw them just pour it in another cup and try to pass it off. This place is a joke I will never order from there again! They are nasty in more ways than one!

Let’s get right into it. All those stalls not being used….Only drive thru. The food at this location is not up to par. Especially the onion rings..they were old,and greasy. It’s Sonic, it’s not that hard. Then again, good fast food is hard to come by these days. Such a shame.

Tried the new Texas toast bacon burger, I told them no pickles, onions and mustard. So I just wasted money and almost had a allergic reaction due to the mustard and pickle juice one this sandwhich.

Sign said closed at 12 went through at 10:30. They weren’t selling ice cream they were out of something else we tried to order so we waited 15 minutes for 2 fountain drinks
Got my food and there was a used tampon in my hot dog and nothing was done about it and the other week there was lighter fluid in my friends slushy

I go to sonic after work and order me and my brother food. i get a regular cheeseburger. i sit in the drive thru for a while (which i didn’t mind) until i got my food. my cheeseburger was completely cold to the touch. like they let it thaw and threw it on my bun. then there was a bread bag holder ON MY BURGER. i go to call and of course. no number is going through. and i do not feel like going back because im already in pooler.

Honestly not the worst place. However if I pay with a $100 dollar bill I shouldn’t be turned away because yall don’t want to make change. That’s bad business and bad management in my opinion. I work retail, all you have to do is place a change order. Simple. Additionally what’s the purpose of the drive in if no one attends to the stalls?

This is disguising. The bun is wet. The lettuce is dark brown. Also a hair in it. I love sonic but it’s like this every time I try it in Rincon. Please fix this so I can enjoy sonic again
