Just about every time Ive eaten a burger from here I have gotten sick. The only safe choice is tater tots and they may not even come out hot. It's sad because there are many options that are so good from sonic but not this location 😞

They only have one way units through driver. You can't even go up to drive through menus. And half service like that, they are extremely slow and their food is terrible for all the bad reviews. I'm surprised this place has not been shut down. I'm surprised a general major does not care. How about to the store It's very sad. This place needs to be shut down and re-evaluated again by their staff.

Service could not be more inconsistent. Sometimes it's so fast you know it was someone else's order, other times it's so slow you can't risk going here on your lunch break. Promo foods are often gone very quickly, but basic menu items are made wrong. It's like every day is the places first day open. I love Sonic, just not this one.

This location has been extremely slow as far back as I remember. They’re incapable of making a fountain drink in less than 30 minutes, even when you place a mobile order. I tried speaking with the manager after multiple poor interactions, but she couldn’t have cared less that they’re providing awful service or that I said I wouldn’t be back. I understand it doesn’t directly affect her paycheck, but as a manager you should care that your business is creating negative experiences at every visit. There isn’t going to be a paycheck when you run every customer off. Do better. I hope this location sells or closes and something better goes in its place.

I need sonic to call me Rincon number just rings. I bought a turtle blast last night and the second bite I bit down on felt something very hard and it was a piece of the pecan shell the second bite the same but I felt my tooth crack. And then it popped off. I still have pieces of shell and receipt to show I didn’t finish it and tree it away

I can’t comment on the food or beverages because we never got any. I paid for my order through the Sonic app and drove thirty minutes to go to the restaurant. When we arrive I checked in on the app. We sat there about ten minutes and then a man came out to say they were unable to fill our order. He told me to contact support for a refund. The sonic app where I placed the order says to contact the Sonic location for any problems with the order. There’s no way to cancel and no way to get help from support right away. The two young men working at Sonic have no idea how to help and offer no fair solution to resolve the problem. So they have taken my money, given me nothing, and then tell me they can’t help me. I left this location with two disappointed kids and feeling like Sonic had just stolen my money. Going through support they repeatedly tell you to get help at the location that you ordered from. I wasted time and gas coming here just for them to steal my money. Upset my two kids who just wanted their slushy drinks. And give me nothing but a headache for my trouble. Having been treated the way we were today ensures I will never come here again. I now have to go through the hassle of trying to chase my money through Sonic support. And if I can’t get it back that way I’ll have to do a chargeback with my card. Absolutely ridiculous. So unless you want to have your money stolen and not get what you paid for don’t bother with this location.

This review is for out of town patrons. I've come to realize the local population doesn't care about quality. Google no longer gives you the option of a negative or zero star review. There would be zeros and negative scores across the board. I've been here long enough to watch the transition of 3 general managers. Do not waste your time or money here the food tastes like it's been sitting on the grill over cooked. It doesn't matter if no one is in line or they're packed, which happens rarely due to the quality of food and service. The food always tastes horrible, it doesn't matter the time or day. My family is a big fan of sonic, at least in other cities. Considering this is my hometown Sonic, it's disappointing. The food never seems fresh, the service is horrible, there's better options in town. If you want ice cream there's a DQ across the road. Breakfast burritos can be found at taco bell there's a Krystals, Huddle House, and Waffle House if you crave something more complex for breakfast. If happy hour slushes are your thing I can't argue, at least they are half off. The breakfast never tastes fresh. My family looked forward to grabbing sonic breakfast before church. It's like Russian roulette now and the dice are loaded. Rather than disappointing my family I've gotten up early enough to cook them breakfast before starting the day off with a gamble. As I've said before I've watched at least three GMs a lady, a man and some child run this store. Nothing is the same as another Sonic. The only consistency is the overall low quality of this store. I should be able to go from store to store and not tell the difference. It's almost as if the company is using this store as a tax write-off or something. If you're from out of town don't waste your time or money on this establishment. It seems like it's the only place willing to hire anyone therefore the business it receives is from grateful families that have a place for their children to get a paycheck without any real world experience. I'm sorry if you choose this place as your next dining experience. There are more quality restaurants a few minutes down the road in Pooler including a Sonic that lives up to the expectations and it's namesake. Once again this is for visiting patrons. There is no way this store would stand the test time in a competitive market with plenty of options. Just don't waste your time or money here. If you enjoy Sonic and want to hold that memory of quality food and service dear in your heart don't sully it with a horrid experience in Rincon, Georgia.

Literally everything besides the sides were made wrong. Stuck waiting very long just to keep getting the incorrect drinks, then drinks tasted horrible.

Waited in a long line at the drive thru to make my order. When I finally was able to make my order for 3 milkshakes they told me the machine was down! My issue is not the wait, but no one bothered to put up a sign at the entrance so we wouldn't bother to wait so long for nothing!

Had to wait on my food and my sandwich was not right cheesy bacon stack and they forgot the bacon called three times no anwser and to top it off the burger was not fresh the fries were hot but thats it.

This was my first time buying food here. The set up of the drive through is very poor. There is an opening where vehicles are in the line at the drive through encouraging others to bore and potentially cause an accident. I watched as a truck tried boring in front of several others. When he did not get his way the driver came out the vehicle and stood in front of the window of the next vehicle blocking them and placed his order. He then walked back to his truck and drove across the grass to pick up the order. The person at the ordering window waited a long time before being attended to as well. Very POOR service. Will I be buying anything at Sonic again??? I bet no-one would get away with that at Chic...

The last time I went to this restaurant was probably my last im not sure. I don't know if it's lack of employees or lack of caring but my sandwich was absolutely soggy and had a very bad taste and my French fries tasted old and my drink was wayyy to sweet
