Georgia and Morgan were nice. The guy that was working at 6:35 was rude and sarcastic. I didn’t get his name because he was not wearing a name tag. I guess the uniform standards do not apply to him. If I wanted to be treated poorly by staff that didn’t care I would have went to McDonalds.

We came to this location tonight for a quick and easy meal. My mother has celiac and has to have special accommodations where food safety is concerned. One staff member was not familiar but another guy and girl stepped up and took care of us with the uptmost respect and safety to allow us to have a great meal with out the worry of gluten in our meal. NO SENSE OF URGENCY. It’s 11am it’s lunch time people don’t have much time. I come in at 11.30am and there was 3 people ahead of me with a total of 2 sandwiches. it took the gentlemen 20 MINUTES to get through 2 Customers. I got a hot sandwich and by the time they got to me , it was stone cold. The mayo was the only thing that was luke warm.

Ordered from uber eats and they toasted my sandwich when I didn’t want it toasted. It’s also burnt and stale. Next time just refuse the damn order.

I went to Subway in Rincon on Tuesday evening the employees there were super friendly, made my sandwich to perfection they are so kind there I will never go anywhere else thank you for being the greatest! Best customer service around rincon Subway has the best employees ever the store was super clean as well. The employees didn't look bothered when I walked in either like I get at other sub shops. This place is the very best!!!!! Keep doing your thing Subway

I love this Subway location. The food is great, no matter what you order you can't go wrong. The people there are as nice as they can be, they couldn't be any nicer. They are courteous, friendly and they all have a wonderful attitude. They are quick and fast all the while they are having a friendly conversation with you. Every Subway store should be like this one. This is where I always go. I tell everyone I know about this store. I give this store five stars all the way across the board.
