I love this Subway location. The food is great, no matter what you order you can't go wrong. The people there are as nice as they can be, they couldn't be any nicer. They are courteous, friendly and they all have a wonderful attitude. They are quick and fast all the while they are having a friendly conversation with you. Every Subway store should be like this one. This is where I always go. I tell everyone I know about this store. I give this store five stars all the way across the board.

My husband has frequented this location over 50 times in the last year & a half. Since this new manager has taken over we have not been able to successfully order ANYTHING we usually did before she took over. She is ALWAYS out of meat, cheese, veggies, chips, etc. The tea is consistently growing mold every single time we try to get some. She is NOT nice & is extremely rude when problems arise. She laughs & I'm still trying to figure out what’s so funny about such horrendous behavior? And an even dirtier store. We didn’t ever have these issue from the previous managers! This place has gone down hill so quickly & I can’t believe the area & owners aren’t doing anything about her. I’ve ran a subway store myself for a total of 6 years. I know you can have things drop shipped when you run out & know that you are supposed to order enough of everything to get you through to the next week. This place is a joke. If I could give this store ZERO ⭐️ i sure would. Please get rid of this new “manager” and hire someone that embodies the Subway values.

The staff on duty was talking to each other instead of focusing on the customers. I didn't get names but whoever was on shift March 27th at about 1:30pm needs to be reminded to stay focused. It was a staff of 4. I never ordered my food as the line literally was not moving and they were doing more talking than fixing the customer's sandwich.

Customer service is awful. Seems a customer walking in is an inconvenience. The attitude showed immediately from the shorter white haired lady. It was obvious it was a hassle for her to do her job. The tone in her voice was instant and I left. I will go elsewhere from now on.

Y’all! Walked into this shop with my mother in law. We were the ONLY ones in there! The woman (white hair, 4 feet tall, huge attitude problem) that took our order was INSANE! She was screaming and yelling and working the bread like a samurai all the while screaming questions at us. I was cracking up because we were the only ones in there! I said mam, relax, we aren’t in a hurry. (She did not relax ?) Bless her heart! My mother in law is still shook up ?

Fresh ingredients, good service, clean place. Only problem is there debit card machine is down EVERYTIME. So lately I don't even bother anymore unless I have cash on me. So be sure to have cash if you choose to eat here. They might as well put a cash only sign on the
