Careful ordering delivery.... Not One request was applied when I got my delivery. Asked for steak and cheese to be Toasted before put on salad... It was Cold! Asked for light lettuce and got a Lot.

I went to visit the Rincon location this morning 9/27/25 at approximately 10:15 am.The restaurant was neat,organized and the clean.The manager on duty named Cardelia provided outstanding customer service.My sandwich was very tasty.Hats off to this restaurant manager.I will definitely go to back at another time.
Georgia and Morgan were nice. The guy that was working at 6:35 was rude and sarcastic. I didn’t get his name because he was not wearing a name tag. I guess the uniform standards do not apply to him. If I wanted to be treated poorly by staff that didn’t care I would have went to McDonalds.

We came to this location tonight for a quick and easy meal. My mother has celiac and has to have special accommodations where food safety is concerned. One staff member was not familiar but another guy and girl stepped up and took care of us with the uptmost respect and safety to allow us to have a great meal with out the worry of gluten in our meal. Thank you Georgia and Kris

NO SENSE OF URGENCY. It’s 11am it’s lunch time people don’t have much time. I come in at 11.30am and there was 3 people ahead of me with a total of 2 sandwiches. it took the gentlemen 20 MINUTES to get through 2 Customers. I got a hot sandwich and by the time they got to me , it was stone cold. The mayo was the only thing that was luke warm.
