Y’all! Walked into this shop with my mother in law. We were the ONLY ones in there! The woman (white hair, 4 feet tall, huge attitude problem) that took our order was INSANE! She was screaming and yelling and working the bread like a samurai all the while screaming questions at us. I was cracking up because we were the only ones in there! I said mam, relax, we aren’t in a hurry. (She did not relax ?) Bless her heart! My mother in law is still shook up ?

Fresh ingredients, good service, clean place. Only problem is there debit card machine is down EVERYTIME. So lately I don't even bother anymore unless I have cash on me. So be sure to have cash if you choose to eat here. They might as well put a cash only sign on the

RINCON, GA. Me and my son walked in to get him a sandwich before taking him into school after a doc appt. The door never closed, the bell didn't stop ringing before the STORE MANAGER was coming around the corner yelling at us to leave because an employee got into a finder bender and they were just getting there to open (at 10am). OPEN light was on, no note on the door, and as mentioned, the door wasn't locked. This is one place we will never return to. Him and his wife are extremely rude. I'll make the drive to Springfield.

Not bragging but I have been to many of these Subways. Some are better than others. This is not one of the good ones due to really irritable workers..nasty older lady and her Manager that allows that sort of behavior. Really rude as your just trying to have a mediocre meal and get on with your day. Dont bother.Go somewhere else where you wont have to navigate the Ogre lady who obviously hates her job and life. Good luck Subway at Rincon! Never again.

Staffing sucks for everyone right now, but the Wilmington Island store has had more of its share sucking, BUT every time I go in there - whoever is there is smiling and making 'dem sandwiches! That's my Subway!!!Wheelchair accessibility: The door is not automatic.

Amy the manager is not helpful at all. She would not accommodate my online order and substitute turkey for ham on half of my footlong and wanted me to cancel and redo the order. I went through the aggravation of putting everything back in online and then the coupon was not available as well as my reward. She was not willing to do anything to make this situation go smoothly and this location has always done substitutions on previous orders. One person can ruin the return of customers. I won’t be returning. Hope your inventory is perfect Amy!
