First time coming here, I ordered 12 carrot cake cupcakes. It was $22.00!!! I had to prepay and I now know why. The owner was lounging in a chair with several kids around him, he did not even get up. He said there is your order over there and my cupcakes were not even refrigerated. They were sitting on a shelf in a box. They are the smallest cupcakes I have ever seen. And I’m sure they will taste just the same. I asked him why so small and no answer so I said I would not be back and he raised his voice and said DONT THEN! Then as I am sitting in my car writing this review he came to my car and told me to leave and I then rolled my window up to ignore him and he called me a FAT B@&$h!! If anyone thinks about using this bakery, please know you WILL be ripped off and treated horribly!! What man with little girls speaks to women like that??

I ordered 12 cupcakes from this bakery and the owner made me prepay. That should of told me to check the reviews first. But no I ordered and prepaid, $22.00 for 12 cupcakes. I entered to see him lounging in a chair almost laying and I said I placed an order for cupcakes and he said they are over there. He would not even get up. The cupcakes were in a box on a shelf and not refrigerated. I asked him why they were not refrigerated and he stated they are fresh. Then I noticed how small they were, and when I asked him why are they so small. he did not respond. There were several small girls there around him and they stated to me that the cupcakes are real good, that makes sense since he was giving away all the extra ones he made that I paid for. I went to walk away and he raised his voice and told me Not To Come Back. So I went out to my car and started writing a review on my recent experience and I saw another lady walking out with one of these cupcakes as well. Then all of a sudden I see him walking out to my car, at this point there was nothing he could say to me. I cracked the window just a little and he tried to tell me that the book store is closed, knowing full well I was just in his bakery. So I started to roll my window back up and he called me a Fat B@#$H. I put all of this in my review. Then I get home and look and he had blocked me from seeing the reviews, but I used another device and saw what he replied to it, Once again calling me names, like he did in the parking lot and out right lied about what had happened. This man is around small kids, and talks to women like this!! If anyone looks at these reviews and clearly sees how displeased people are and to see his comments back to these reviews it shows you the type of person he is. I do not need to resort to name calling, I am an adult. I learned my lessons and will not come back, now I just want to save someone else from having an experience like this. And ladies being a woman and a mom, I would never say that a man called me a Fat B@#$H unless he did. With the world the way it is now, there is absolutely no reason for any business owner to treat or talk to any customer spending their hard earned money in their business this way. There is NO justification for his words or actions except just wrong!!

My daughter ordered a custom cake from this place .The cake was stale, hard and had no taste. It was gritty and hard.I will not reccomend this company to anyone . My granddaughters birthday party was ruined because of a horrible cake.Maddie J.Johnson

RUN!!!!. If you want a great cake, don't go here. My girlfriend ordered a cake from there for her son and daughter in law baby shower and it was not what she ordered. She ordered buttercream and he did fondant. The fondant started melting on the way back to her house and the cake slided. He didn't even have a box big enough for the cake to fit in and she had to come out the place with the cake box open up. I never seen a cake so messed up like that in my life. She was so disappointed. I told her and many others said to ask for your money back. So if you want your special day to be great with a beautiful cake, Don't order from this guy.

Every detail of my son’s 13th birthday Lamborghini cake was amazing! The Cake Mix did a fabulous job and the cake melted in our mouths! The best part, they delivered my son’s cake and my son’s eyes popped out with amazement! He couldn’t keep his eyes off his Lamborghini cake! I really also liked the communication back and forth to make sure this was what he wanted. So, thank you Cake Mix for making my son’s 13th Birthday an awesome surprise he will never forget!

What a horrible experience!! Run from this place. Ordered a wedding cake a year and a half ago. Confirmed the week before with pictures and we got the wrong cake. Wrong flavor and not filling. The day of the wedding received a call at 11:38am and was told we lost power overnight so made you a different cake?!? First of all why would you bake a 3 tier different flavor cake with fillings the day of pick up by 2pm?!? Should have read the reviews on yelp. He even told me your not grateful to at least have a cake. Didn’t Even decorated it right. Did something totally different and tasted horrible. Set cake and sugary icing. Yuck and RUN

My daughter has attended his week long cooking camp 2 years in a row . Fantastic staff and food. 10 stars all day. The baked goods are also wonderful. If you have. Not been here, you need to go ASAP.
