Arrived here at 2230. Servers were atrocious. Both had bad attitudes, wouldn’t buss tables, and left my partner and I sitting for over 40 minutes without even getting our drink orders. At least two tables worth of people walked out despite open tables because the servers wouldn’t clean them or serve them. One was Chase, the other was a short white brunette girl (I never even got her name). The cooks, Jaden and Marlin, were top-tier. They stepped in and took our orders, were so friendly and energetic, and sang karaoke with some other patrons during a rush to keep people jiving. I have never had worse (servers) or better (cooks) anywhere ever!

I arrived at 630 am. There were 4 employees all male all huddle up in the back as if they were having a meeting. Meeting over I had to ask if I could place an order. I was told by the waiter with multicolor hair I had to wait. He attempted to call out his order to the cook 3 times who was just playing around and paying attention which frustrated the waiter. I asked for a cup of coffee while I waited. The male server brought me a cup of coffee that looked like it been there all night.. muddy water and he served it to me with his hand cupped over the top of the cup. WTH is going on here?? I asked for a fresh cup. He said he had to make some more. It's 640 why don't you have fresh coffee brewed? There was a lot of nonsense going on, had one short guy with glasses and a hat looking at me standing around and tossing food in his mouth, another talking loud mad about filling up salt and pepper shakers before his shift was over..I told him keep the coffee and left. I've had some bad customer service but this really takes the cake. I get that this is all you have to work with..young adults. If they can't do their job then they need to be supervised..which what was observed a lack of everything! Truly disappointed as I wanted a fresh and not fast processed heat and eat meal.

I’m honestly HORRIFIED at the behavior of the manager, Courtney. I was in on Monday, 10/7 for breakfast with my mom. It wasn’t too busy but it also wasn’t super slow. A couple on the other half of the restaurant had ordered T-Bone steaks well done, and neither of the steaks came out well done. The man ate his but the woman asked for hers to be fixed. Courtney told her they didn’t have any more T-Bones and the lady should take it home and cook it more herself if she wants it done more. The lady asked her to take the steak off her bill, and she refused. Courtney went back to the grill and was yelling to them across the restaurant about how she wouldn’t take the steak off their bill. The woman was saying how they’d pay for everything including his steak even though it was wrong, since he ate it, but because hers is wrong and she isn’t eating it, she doesn’t want to pay for it. Courtney refused to take it off and said while at the grill “these people are pissing me off”, which they heard. This obviously upset the customers, who then asked her to come talk to them rather than yelling across the restaurant. At this point, Courtney accuses the couple of trying to get all of their food for free and says “I think you came in here with zero intention to pay for any of your food and you just want a free meal”. She then starts yelling at them, demanding they tell her which car they’re driving and what their license plate it. When they wouldn’t tell her and again offered to pay for everything but the steak, Courtney called the cops and refused to speak to them again. After multiple sheriffs arrived, it was decided that the couple would pay for everything but the steak. Courtney still attempted to press criminal charges for NO reason and I gave a statement to the cops, explaining details Courtney didn’t bother to include. No criminal charges were pressed. It Courtney still filed paperwork to ban them from the store. The fact that Waffle House allows their MANAGER to behave this way is disgusting and I’ll never give this store my business again.

On this particular day (9/15/24), it was the worst service we have ever here. Our server “Keke” was extremely slow and messed up my order by failing to give me my waffle 🧇 until I was finished with the rest of my All-Star Special . She did even start making the waffle until after both my wife had I had to ask her several times. Then when she finally brought me the waffle, she took my silverware. Definitely need to make sure we NEVER in her area again…..

My whole $32 dollar order was wrong! I ordered 4 eggs scrambled with cheese,tomatoes, and jalapeños. What I got was eggs scrambled with cheese and a side of grilled jalapeños and sliced tomatoes. The steak and cheese omelette that my husband ordered was served as an egg and cheese omelette with the steak on the side. Smh. I just didn’t get it. No the stark wasn’t even chopped up. I’m 7 months pregnant and was very hungry. This was heart breaking.

Upon arrival to dine in, every table had dirty plates, Cups and surface. Counter top was cleared of plates and cups but dirty. No hair nets being worn and amongst moving from stations (taking orders, handing out food, handling money hands weren't washed in the 45 minutes I was there). Onto the food, scrambled eggs were fried eggs chopped up, waffle was burnt (replaced politely) had all star breakfast. If anything else was open at 2am, I would've went there. Won't be coming back to this location.
