Like so many other things, making changes is not always for the Better. Been getting waffles for 50+ years and it is the one consistent thing at all stores. Today in Rincon I got the thinnest waffle I have ever seen. Was told they got new waffle irons with logo. That doesn’t explain using half the waffle mix needed. Then hashbrowns that were specifically ordered well done came out barely cooked. Waitress said their orders are now called back by an “expediter” and that they often miss the special requests. Note to Waffle House management, stop changing what isn’t broken!!!!

Ordered 2 sets of over easy eggs with our meals, one came out good, the other was very undercooked. Asked for another set to be brought out and the whites were straight liquid. Pretty disappointed.

Walked in around 7am. The waitress was a sleep at the bar. Then there was one lady just standing up against the window doing nothing. The night shift cook was gone already, no other cook was there. The night shift waitress brought us drinks and then left. Around 7:40 with no one there working we decided to leave. When I went to pay for my drinks they needed a ticket to ring them up which I didn't have, so then the waitress that was there had to write one. This manager really needs to fix these issues.
