Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

The ambiance in there is super chill. And can totally be late night vibe for those who aren't looking for your eyes to burn. I personally love to sit and drink a strawberry Lemonade, eat tenders and fried cheese cake with strawberry sauce. It's the bomb.

My husband comes come with lunch which included the Asian Zensation. First of all there was so little lettuce that it did not come up the sides & you could clearly see the black bottom of the container. For those unfamiliar with the Asian Zensation, it has a mixed salad & it is also supposed to contain a scoop of asian slaw- which there was none & an egg roll (the carrots inside were still hard & crunchy) & won ton strips. I did have chopped grilled chicken & the entire container was heavily drowned in terriaki sauce. When i contacted the Mgr in charge, she told me they "weigh" the amounts & if i'd gotten "more" before, someone must have took that upon their self. Evidently all the other Zaxbys in the state of Georgia must do that because i travel alot, they must dose out that "extra" that they in Rincon, Ga do not. She did offer to refund or remake the zalad if we drove all the way back to town with the salad in hand so that she could see it for her self. Gas costs too much to ride back & forth just because unskilled labor can not even make a simple salad. I cant believe someone took it, as little an amount clearly visable & lacking the slaw that goes in the center & definitely way lighter than a regular salad would feel & sent it out the door.

Just came through here and had a poor experience. I ordered my food but forgot to add on a side of cheesecake bites. I got to the first window and ask if I could add it on because there was nobody behind me and she claims it depends on what food item it is that you can add to your order.. then proceeded to tell me I would have to drive back in line to add on a small order of cheesecake bites when I had not even paid yet , and I know this is a lie because I worked fast food before and have added stuff at the window. I guess she was just too lazy and didn’t want to said I would have to go through the line again which I thought was just really rude and inconsiderate. And I’m nearly 100% sure I have added something on at the window before . anywhere I have worked we have always been able to add stuff on especially something so small and put the customer first . Everyone else was nice at the second window but that was just rude of the girl at the first window maybe find a new job if you can’t give good customer service .

It is incredible the amount of people that this restaurant have (mostly teenagers) and still they manage to take FOREVER to fulfill orders. It wasn’t until the “manager” showed up at the counter and jumped in to the kitchen that some progress was made.

All the money paid for the food you don't get any That's the only thing I'm upset cause I order a family meal and had to go and get more food from some where elsewhere and that sad when I paid 30 dollar for food

The worst experience I've ever had in a zaxbys... missed several items in my bags went back to get my stuff and the staff was so disrespectful and rude and had a attitude with me when I came back in...

Very bad experience with the store manager named Amanda .. I took my family for a quick dinner ,1 Order was wrong n 1 didn’t look like nothing like the pic . So I approached the counter n told the young cashier n she went to the manager that was cooking . N seeing her behavior I didn’t even want my food to get fixed rite , I was almost sure if I don’t keep my eyes on her she would’ve spit in my food n told the young lady to get my plate back n I am ok n will handle it a different way ..the manager even asked for my receipt n she looked at it n rather dealing straight with me she was telling the young cashier that she don’t know what to say it is what it is … The store manager remarks knowing I can hear her was just crazy to see that’s how they deal with the customers..if I see the same manager again in that store not eating again at this particular location .

I was in town to visit with my son. We had a very nice meal. I had a Chicken Zalad. Was very fresh & tasted great. The quiet atmosphere gave my son and I the opportunity to catch up on our time together. Very pleasant.
