Got big Zak snak. Chicken pieces were pretty overcooked and dry. Could not eat 2. . Fries were not good. Egg rolls were oovercooked.ive had better zaxbys.

Every time I try to eat here they are out of some major menu item or having equipment issues. Service is mediocre at best and they always forget something or make the order wrong. Won't be eating here anymore. Statesboro is way better.

Went for lunch yesterday, it was about 12:30. Ordered 2- 4 piece chicken finger plates. The chicken fingers were COLD, the fries were hot, but the chicken was COLD. Probably won't go back.

Ordered 2 six pieces through door dash got 2 three pieces. The 2 sodas where all carbonation no soda. The fingers where overcooked look like one mine had a bite out of it. First door dash wasn't going to refund me at all then I contacted them abd they gave me something. I Also contacted zaxbys fir there help and gif nowhere. It was their fault my food was wrong not door dash. Poor customer service from zaxbys. Very disappointed ?

My husband loved the new Philly chicken sandwich. I got 3 nibblers. the bun was hard, very little sauce, chicken over cooked and hard. ? Maybe left over from lunch, maybe even yesterday. Big disappointment b/c I can usually count on Zaxby's. I hope you can do better next time.

Growing up in Winder Georgia I literally loved zaxbys and always bragged about zaxbys wherever I traveled with the military. Since being here this zaxbys and the surrounding Savannah area zaxbys are an embarrassment. They should be connected to a Popeyes. I give everyone and chance this is every time!

Not only do they take 30 mins or longer to complete your order (which would be fine if the food was good) however they serve food that looks like it’s been sitting in a box for a week. Dry, stale and disgusting.

The worst Zaxby’s I have ever been to. The drinks never taste right. They had no knives. Today, they were out of napkins, and the customers had to get paper towels out of the bathroom. The food was fine, but I’ve had better before. It was not cold today, but the restaurant is usually freezing to the point that all the customers are extremely uncomfortable. Overall, I do not plan on returning unless major changes are made.
