This is the only store that when you ask for extra crispy potato cakes they give them to you and they are HOT. All the others just give you cold soggy ones. Not crazy about the peach rolls.

I visited the drive-thru on Monday, January 19, 2026 and felt so unwelcomed and like I was bothering the only employee I interacted with, Heather. When I ordered I was told the fries would have to cook. I kindly said I didn’t mind waiting the 3 minutes. When I paid Heather said “how are you?” I replied “I’m good, how are you?” She said in the rudest tone “well we just opened so” then she shut the window. I felt like a burden. If you know what time your store opens, why aren’t you prepared? One star because Heather has HORRIBLE customer service and is rude!

I cannot have dairy, and asked for a sandwich without the ranch, which they said they could do. They did not. So I got to finish my work day without eating. I can't scrape it off, even the bit soaked into the bread will make me sick.

They brought back the cheesesteak but this time it's nasty. I couldn't taste the onions or the peppers in fact I can't really taste anything except the cheap made cheddar. I never get cheddar at fast food places. Also, the bun was steamed to death not toasted. I was really disappointed.
That was the worst food I've ever had at an Arby's in my life. Cold bland and nasty. You would think as slow as they were it would have been hot and fresh but it was disgusting instead.
