I love Bojangles... most of the time?. Service was way off! Order Was supposed to be set for dine in but set it out for take out. Failed to get drinks and order of fries. Portions were off as well. Was very disappointed!

Had to wait 20 minutes for the food to cook....they put the fries, biscuits, and chicken in a box and set it on the counter beside the drive thru window for the entire 20 minutes it took to cook the rice! They then put 7 pieces of chicken instead of 8 pieces in the family box order. Very disappointed in their attitude toward me as if I was an inconvenience to them! ??

This is the second time I've went thru the drive thru and you got my order wrong. I ordered 2 bo berry biscuits and when I got down the road I only had one.

Rude asked which was the diet coke vs the coke was told i don't know I did not make it was not marked had to wait 10 minutes to get food and chicken was raw .

I learned a valuable lesson here. We stopped here before getting on the interstate to travel and it was 6:30 in the morning. The biscuits were rock hard and inedible, you could pull out the insides and eat that but not the Bread. The people taking the orders through the drive-thru weren't the most polite people in the world. Now for lunch and dinner I've not had a bad experience here, but for breakfast.....

Just close it down already! Again, this past Sunday, 1 pm drive thru ordered 8 PC Family meal. "It'll be at least 10 minutes, is that OK?" My reply was "NOPE" and drove away...again! Really people, you know Sunday church crowd's gonna buy chicken if you've got it ready! Colonel down the street same issue. Y'all get with the program! Second thought, forget it, your food's not that good anyway and way overpriced. $30.00 for 8 PC Family meal? Really? But I buckled and was willing to pay for convenience. But no more! Pretty obvious why you have a below 4 rating.

We just bought 2 dinners from this place and the biscuits was hard enough to kill someone if you threw them at them. Every time I go to this Bojangles the biscuits are hard left over so they don't have to cook fresh ones dang lazy people. The owner should send his employee's to the Bojangles in fort Oglethorpe to learn how to serve people and cook food this one must have a owner that don't care what his employees does.

I request extra icing on my bo berrys. Usually I check but I took their word because they were busy and the girl straight lied to my face. Tried calling no answer of course. I don’t complain a lot but being lied to really gets to me.
I got the grilled chicken and rice bowl it was delicious.
