I asked for a medium cooked steak and it was cooked well done… they never listen to what you tell them is wrong they do what they want to do and then leave you to pay for it. And the crazy part is I worked for them for 2 1/2 years and they treat me like this

Great service and great place to eat, but when you get to retail they obviously do not have a dress code. You can smell the one named Taylor 5 miles away, and just ruins the whole experience in a prime American folk restaurant. Hope Cracker Barrel can improve.
