We had the light charcuterie for our cocktail hour. Amazing food quality and presentation!
For dinner we enjoyed roast beef, roasted chicken, mashed potatoes, mac n cheese, and a green bean medley. Every single thing was delicious. I will dream of those mashed potatoes for the rest of my life.
Terri was easy to work with and professional. One of the best compliments I’ve received after my wedding was from a friend with dietary restrictions. She said she often feels overwhelmed at large events, but Terry put her at ease and she was able to enjoy an incredible meal.
Double Portions is also VERY affordable. I can’t believe I fed almost 200 people for the price, quality, and presentation.
One last thing - They’re called double portions for a reason! You will have leftovers to enjoy after the big day.

We also hired Terri to set up our tables and clean up after, which made the whole dinner process a breeze! Favorites of ours (and our guests!) included the brisket, broccoli au gratin, and peach lemonade. We would absolutely book Terri again for any party we throw in the Chattanooga area.

For our 55-year high school reunion we contacted Double Portion Catering based on recommendation from a friend. Her price was better than reasonable, quantity was so much we had lots of leftovers, and the food was way over the top on quality. I would not hesitate to recommend Terri to anyone. This lady is fair in every way and knows her food! We were especially impressed with her Smoked Brisket and the Tomato Basil Cream Chicken. No knife needed for these.

What a delicious feast!! Wish you had been with us at the Venue of Chattanooga on Cummings Highway in Chattanooga Tennessee.
