Was at El Cactus on Tuesday night for dinner. When we got our food, my wife and I both noticed her food looked undercooked and also found a hair in her food (quesadilla). The quesadilla wasn’t even warm.At the end we got the receipt from the waiter and noticed he charged us full price for the food. I questioned him and after waiting 4-5 minutes at the register the best they could do was knock a $1.60 off.Horrible service. I’ll definitely be taking my business elsewhere. Do better El Cactus
