This is by far my favorite Mexican restaurant in the area. Food and service are both excellent. I love the pollo azteca and the margaritas are yummy and strong. Ask for Jose Roberto to wait on you and Milton the owner is amazing. I have been coming here for years along with my entire office and family. They make an awesome taco bar for our office meetings at work too! Check them out, you won’t be disappointed.

I’d give zero stars if possible. We ordered online and paid for our food tonight and when we went to pick it up someone else had picked up MY MEAL without paying for it, they wouldn’t refund my money or remake my order. I had the order on my phone so they couldn’t have verified the order when they gave my food away. I will NEVER go here again!!!

SALSA is the BEST! I frequent a lot of Mexican restaurants and for me the salsa is what makes me want to go back. El Trio #2 salsa has a right amount of heat that I can eat with chips without having to add cheese dip so that’s a win, not heavy on cilantro and the perfect amount of flavoring. Food is equally excellent and the service was great as well. Atmosphere was a little off, only because it’s in a strip mall which I would’ve missed if someone had not told me to go there.

Our party of 9 was one of 3 large groups, but they gave quick, attentive service for everything from placing order, food coming out and drink refills!! Everyone was delicious, and great portions that we couldn't get through. Then they were even able to rectify a Google pay error I made which saved me from the extreme palpitations I was having until I spoke with them!

The employees and atmosphere here are great, customer service isn’t part of my review.
I loved coming here because you could get a lunch Pollo Loco for around $8.80.
However today I went in and their prices have gone up by almost $3 per plate.
I got my order to go and when I get home I discovered that there was less chicken and rice in the bowl that I normally get. So just like the large corporations, the amount you pay has gone up but the amount of stuff you get has gone down.
I’m not saying I’ll never eat there again but now there’s absolutely no reason to choose them over fast food like there used to be.
The food is good, in my opinion. Everyone's opinion is diffrent. I've never been disappointed anytime I go there. I would probably ear there 3 times a week if my wife would let me. Lol!!!

I moved here from florida, the food is just mediocre, but as far as Ringgold standards go, it's good, but I will say I'm in a bartender for 35 years, and I come here just for my skinny margarita that Gustavo makes for me personally ,and takes the time to squeeze the lime juice and make the exact kind of Margarita in want but that i would make for myself, it's phenomenal and he puts the time and the effort in to do that and for that I give it five stars because you will not find another margarita in Ringgold or possibly even anywhere on the outskirts of it that makes a margarita like he does! And this is coming from bartender of 35 years, I come to this little teeny tiny place in Ringgold Georgia just for his Margaritas don't even try the other Mexican places around it because he makes the best,by far. He takes the time. It's not the pre mix garbage that all the places here use.

I ordered food via DoorDash. My order was cheese dip, guacamole, salsa and a side of steak. My concern is the steak. It had no flavor and didn’t seem to be freshly cooked and I did disregard that but then as I ate it there seemed to be about a table spoon of rice mixed in at the bottom. I would hate to think that I wasn’t given a fresh order of fajita steak meat to make $7.99. It made me nauseous to think I had scraps from someone else.
