Order my lunch she brought me someone else food then brought me my food it was cold .she took it back and then I didn’t want to eat asked for refund on my food she said I eat more then half I told her she was crazy . I paid for it but will never eat there again. Talked to the manager she could care less .

Very disappointed. My previous review was 5 stars, but the decline in atmosphere, service, and food was so evident that I could not in good faith leave a good review. This has been our Sunday go to for over a yr but we will be taking our business elsewhere. Worst service.

Food was decent. Very busy this night. Server Tristan was very busy due to a large birthday party and obvious management was sweating him to no fault of his own. Kudos to Tristan for doing best he could. We could see thru the lack of help you had. Thank you for giving your all.

Ordered a margarita and dinner at around 6pm. Came to in an ambulance in their parking lot after midnight. I was badly beaten and have no memory of the six hours I was there. The restaurant closed at 10 and parking lot video shows I never left the premises. Criminal case pending against my alleged attacker who is not employee but a frequent visitor. Or at least he was. He’s been on house arrest pending trial for two years because Catoosa County only has trials twice a year. Stay away from this restaurant and this county.

Stopped on a road trip when craving Mexican food. The tacos al pastor were very good. Rest was typical tex mex fare. Good, large portions (too large) and inexpensive.

I've never had a service experience this bad before. $28 for a "jumbo" margarita that is 90% juice. Orders with no cheese, wrong. A kids quesadilla with beef was only cheese. Adult order was complete forgotten and had to reorder. 2 different waitresses who only came back when we got up to get someone after waiting a ridiculous amount of time. Couldn't get extra sour cream for one person because someone else at the table already had sour cream. Awful. Avoid at all costs.
Worst service I've ever had at a Mexican restaurant. Drinks were wrong, 1/2 shots of tequila in margaritas so you're drinking juice for $28. And nearly every order was messed up. No cheese on a burrito shouldn't be difficult. And that's just 1 example. Also took 1.5 hrs to get everything, on a slow Sunday late lunch. If 0 was an option, that's what i would give it.
