I’d leave zero stars if I could. This place sucks. The morning manager is rude , the staff acts like they don’t know what the heck is going on , they’ll also keep your cards instead of handing them back out the drive thru window. The food we got earlier was terrible to the point I tossed half a biscuit. Do better. It’s not hard. I’ve worked fast food I know all the stuff to it. This whole place needs NEW staffing and better management.

The employees all seemed to have attitudes even the managers, then my dad got his gravy biscuit and it had sonething disgusting in it not sure what it was not food though. And had to ask for our coffee over

Hardee’s is the only place on Earth where I can experience both deep frustration and deep-fried happiness in the very same visit.
Let’s start with the service. I’m convinced the crew is operating on a different time zone—possibly a different dimension. I’ve seen glaciers move faster than the drive-thru line. I’ve had time to rethink my entire life, question my career choices, and make peace with my enemies before my order even gets taken, let alone delivered.
As for accuracy? Let’s just say Hardee’s staff treats the order screen like a suggestion. I order a sausage biscuit; I receive a bag containing hash browns, a single napkin, and the lingering scent of disappointment. One time I paid with a card, and I’m 90% sure it aged a year waiting for the transaction to process.
But here’s the problem: the food is ridiculously good. Those biscuits? Golden, buttery chunks of heaven. The burgers? So good they could make me forgive almost anything—almost. The quality is so solid that despite the emotional trauma I endure each visit, I keep coming back like it’s a bad relationship I’m just not ready to leave.

Was in drive thru, completely backed up. They were in such a hurry to push customers thru they didn't pay attention to the food..... I got a gravy biscuit and bacon egg, and cheese.. WELL, your not suppose to have paper in the BEC biscuit

Mushroom and Swiss is a perfect food absolutely amazing also when they have it again recommend the wagyu burger it is sweet though.

Let me first start by saying, the young man who made my 1/2 & 1/2 unsweet tea and strawberry lemonade knows how to make them. I was irritable ready to eat lunch but also expecting something in my order to be messed up or not as pictured on the menu, cause we'll thats just how it sees to go at drive-thru's in Cleveland. Well I stand impressed. My Chicken BLT was delicious. The chicken breading was flaky crispy and JUICY. The fries were cooked perfectly. I joked with my husband that we might have to drive 30 miles out of our way for delicious food. Thank you for fixing my irritable mood.
