The food was absolutely terrible, the burgers we had was ok, but the fries were disgusting, they were rubbery, like they were stale, then we had the fried pickles they left at least 3 or more tablespoons of oil in our basket, so our pickles got extremely soggy. Plus it took around 40 minutes to even our food.

Food was okay. Service needs work. Our waitress was not the best. She assumed. She did not ask how we wanted our food, if wanted grilled or fried. Ordered oysters as an appetizer to share and never got any plates to eat off of. Had to use a napkin. Other customers got plates, silverware, drinks, etc.

I love this place and would recommend it to anyone and hate leaving reviews but today was just… not it..
We’ve always loved coming here and typically have a great experience, but unfortunately this visit was a disappointment. Our party of 9 (4 adults, 5 kids) arrived at 5pm, placed our order about 10 minutes later, and got our drinks with no issues.
After an hour with no food, the manager came over to let us know our server had entered our order but never actually sent it to the kitchen. About 20 minutes later, food started coming out in pieces not all at once. By this point, our two oldest kids (7 & 8) were in tears because they were so hungry. The 4-year-old’s meal still wasn’t out when everyone else was eating. When we mentioned it, our waitress simply said, “sorry about that,” and moved on to her next table. Kinda felt dismissive, really.
We truly love this establishment and have had many positive visits, but this time was frustrating and disappointing for both the kids and adults at our table.
