Ok I just got home I had ordered 2 pick 5 meals both were 4 cheese krystals and 1 chili cheese pup, I also ordered 2 hangover krystals. When I arrived the lady told me they aren't selling the hangovers yet, they start next week. she said instead of the 2 hangover krystals I'm going to give you ten krystals. I was like ok I was thinking 10 Xtra krystals besides what I ordered. I would just give them to other family members. She gives me a bag and sends me on my way. I get home, all I have is 10 cheese krystals. I don't have any chili cheese pups. I got to doing math I paid $8 for 2 cheese krystals, which would normally be $4. I also didn't get my chili cheese pups. So pretty much I got charged $10 extra for the food I got. This is not the first or second time this has happened. I will say the people do seem to be a bit better, but the math and correct order is not adding up. Think I am done with Krystals

I gave the krystal a one, just because of the prices, which has nothing to do with the food or the workers, most fast food have a $5 meal still, I ordered the pick 5 and it's almost $9 now, I can't believe that our country our politicians has done this ,and food is so expensive now even at the grocery store, but yet we keep helping other countries, which is fine, but we don't help our own people 🙏🫶✌️

This is Krystal, and people complain about Krystal all the time. I've done it myself. THIS visit was perfect! It was a drive-through visit. Got a bag full of cheese Krystals, fries and 10 wings. Everything was hot and fresh! PLUS, I didn't wait more than about 3 minutes in line! Good job Ringgold, GA Krystal.
33$ for two people to eat. Dirty tables sticky finger from dirty condiment container. And the food gave my wife and I both diarrhea. Conclusion is exlax is cheaper and we will never go back.

Stopped to order Krystals at 1130pm they said they were not serving Krystals bc they were cleaning the grill and closed at midnight... Close at 1130 if your going to stop serving food at that time...
