They have changed their chicken sandwich which is great. I really love the chicken. But they changed the French fries. I really like the other better. I think they had more flavor. the food was fresh and hot. So that is a huge plus.

Horrible attitude poor service and cold food

Nasty! Ordered 6 Krystal burgers, and two fried apple pies. That’s it. Ordered no onions, they make us all very sick. All burgers had extra onions and the pies were raw. It’s a shame they built this dump back after the tornado and not the Ruby Tuesday or Chow Time. Food is never fresh, orders are wrong. Won’t be back. Don’t want to hear about shortage of fast food employees, doesn’t mean customers deserve to be sick and ripped off. Just close if you can’t do better.Edit: we gave this place another chance after 3 years and the exact same mistakes made again. Ordered cheese krysals with NO ONIONS and received no cheese and so many extra onions there was a layer of them in the bottom of the bag. Will NEVER be back. Never. The phone number doesn’t even work. Just close already so we can get something that can at least give us the correct food. Absolutely nasty place.

Fast service. Convenient location. Real EGGS cracked from the shell that morning.Parking: Easy access to I -75.
If you want hot food I would suggest going else where. This was the absolute worst Krystal I've ever been to.

Typical Krystal location in 2023. My oh my how they have went downhill. No ice in the ice machine. Dirty restraint with overflowing trash cans. Subpar food. And not busy at all with many employees. If Krystal does not make changes soon they will go out of business.

Was so excited there chili was back bc it’s my favorite unfortunately all I got was a cup of juice ? juice was delicious though
