I have never seen anything like this, this has been the absolute worst experience at this location that I've ever had and I've been a customer at this particular location for years. The pizza was nowhere near done, it was just dough, and the bread sticks had no taste, and also tasted like they had been sitting for hours, I won't be returning, I will take my business elsewhere. Maybe it was because it was 30 minutes before closing i don't know but I won't be back.

I called yesterday to order the pretzel crust pizza and was told they can no longer do it bc they didn't have a button for it anymore, and the only way to order the pizza was to order online. That made my day 10x worst because that's about all I can get the kids at the house to eat, and we carry cash no card. Well, my elderly mother called today and y'all lied to her and told her something completely different than you told me. You told her she can order it online and pay for cash at the store. I went online to check this out and actually, no you can't. There's no option to place an order with cash payment. Do not appreciate being told two different stories, and I really don't appreciate her being lied to. Maybe your franchise owner, or whoever runs this place, should add the button back! Not everyone pays for things online, because people will sell and steal your information. Like seriously, why take it off your register if you sell the product???? It makes no sense!! Its very annoying being told one thing, then being told something completely different. All we want is those damn too salty nacho cheese with pepperoni pizzas. Then gonna try to tell me they changed it a month ago, when about 2 weeks or less ago we walked in and paid cash for multiple pretzel crusts!! Just put the button back on the register please! It would make a lot of peoples lives way less difficult.

I order 2 pizza ? one pepperoni and one cheese. I got two pepperonis cant call bc their close & the guy didn't give me my receipt. So now Im having to buy something totally different for my child bc pulling off pepperonis doesn't cutt it. So thank you for freaking messing my order up. Y'all had one job one !
