We brought the kids here around 2pm on a Saturday. There was one other family in the dining room. They refuse to take your order in person, so I used the Kiosk. The dining room was filthy with trashcans overflowing and tables that hadnt been wiped in ages. After a long wait, the fries came out cold. But the absolute worst problem was the ladies room. It REAKED of old urine. It truly smelled like an unkept cat box. We had to wait for the big stall to change a diaper. I chose to wait outside the door. After about 15 minutes someone finally cleared the stall. An employee (I dont know how they endured the smell that long.) They went straight back to workand the bathroom wasn't attended during our visit. It was truly a miserable, disgusting experience. I wish we had gone to the BK across the street

come here after chruch Sunday evening to eat before we went home,dining room was empty ,we ordered and got our food,went to get our drinks and there was coke and trash all over the counter where you get your drinks filled,so we sit down in the gym room to eat because my grandbaby wanted to go in there to eat and it was so nasty in there look like it was not cleaned are moped in 3 or 4 days,that being said remember went we got here there were nobody sitting down to eat should have been spotless.

Used a kiosk to order because no one was at the cash register. My receipt showed my order. They shorted me a medium fry. The kiosk charged for my lemonade and when they handed me my order, no lemonade. They don't carry it anymore. I had to ask for cups to get soda's. While I'm trying to get drink cups I thought the employee put my fries in my bag. Get back to the hotel and no fries. Ordered daily double cheeseburger with bacon. There was nothing on the burgers but cheese and bacon. At least they got the 4 piece chicken nuggets for the dog right. Glad going this McDonald's was a one time thing.

Your night time drive thru people do absolutely nothing but stand around while there are more than 10 cars waiting in line to order. You do not have to take one cars order at a time. You can take multiple orders and have people wait at the window. Stop standing around talking to your co-workers and actually do some work. Whoever hires the night time staff needs to learn how to hire people that actually work.This is not a one time issue. It happens night after night after night. Taco Bell across the street can teach you guys a few things.

Every time I go to the store, eat in, drive thru, curbside or delivery.... I never revice the sauce packs that I asked for!!!! I'm getting tired of it. I have to constantly eat dry chicken nuggets every time because I don't got the time to go back to the store!!!! These workers need to pay more attention to what goes in these orders!

Placed a mobile order 15 minutes before arriving & still had to wait 20 for my order only to receive the wrong food. I ordered a chicken McGriddle and got a RAW chicken BISCUIT. About 30 workers were in there today too for some type of meeting & still can’t get an order right. Don’t waste your money here , i know i never will again.
