Tonight will be the last time we eat here. I used to enjoy this location. However, the food is no longer made fresh. I received my seaseme chicken tonight. It tasted like two day old chicken reheated, dried out and chewy. Not to mention when you walk in the restaurant has a greasy odor and doesnt smell clean. Very disappointing šŸ˜ž

Giving it a 2 star because of the ā€œchicken ā€œ that was in the Kung pao chicken. It appeared to be chicken skin that was wet and just inedible. I called and they did offer to remake it. I declined because I’m not driving out there. I discarded the chicken and at best the rest of the dish was a 2 star.

Ordered chow mein with less vegetables. Got no noodles at all, just oily cabbage. Drove back to the restaurant and was basically told that was correct. No refund, no replacement, no apology. Threw it away and left angry. Terrible food and even worse service.

Always on point when we are looking for Takeout. Call ahead order was ready when I arrived, correct, and with good portions. The hot and sour soup today was perfect!

It's basically a take out place. Food is always fresh, hot, and correct.

Got the beef lo mein and it was delicious! Came with a good amount of delicious rice as well for a great price!

I haven’t lived in Ringgold, Georgia for long, but I’ve eaten at New China a couple of times because that’s the only Chinese restaurant I know of here the last visit the food has been OK. Nothing great but their lunch special which you pay eight dollars for you get a load of rice you can’t get any type of noodles nothing else it’s just a little bit of whatever you order on top of the rice. It’s a rip off. Will never be going back there to get Chinese again..

Sweet and sour chicken with rice is the best.

Well, bless your heart, it sure is! But not just any ol’ eatin’ joint—this one’s a real chemical Chinese Restaurant . You can sample all sorts of concoctions: a dash of bleach, a hint of disinfectant, maybe even a swig of window cleaner. It’s like a special food of cleaning supplies!

Now, are those chemical elements nutritious? Well, honey, that’s a mighty fine question. Let’s just say they add a certain zest to your meal—though I wouldn’t recommend makin’ a habit of it.ā€

I ordered a Vegetable Lo-Mein with extra onions. The lo-mein I got had only onions (not extra) and maybe half-a-dozen small broccoli stems. NOTHING else. No mushrooms or any other vegetables. The flavor of the noodles was good, but the lack of vegetables was very disappointing. The dining area appeared clean, I watched the young woman cleaning tables and someone else mopping floors. But I won't be going back.

If they had better fried rice this place would be fantastic. The rest of their food is amazing.

Went to the store and placed my order to go. Just got home and missing multiple items. One being the sauce for my sweet and sour chicken!! So now I’m eating ā€œchicken nuggetsā€ for dinner. 😔

I ordered food via DoorDash. I asked for no veggies and extra egg. I know the price of eggs is crazy right now. Even though they could have charged me whatever they wanted, they would not accommodate.
