The service here absolutely sucks. Doesn't matter whether you dine in or order out. Just abysmal. It's also the dirtiest restaurant I've been to. The carpeted area is nasty and always full of food and the tiled area is always dirty and sticky. It’s like this at most pizza huts. It starts with management in my opinion. They need new management that care.

My son order me some pizza and it's burn. I didn't want to wait another 30 minutes for another one. I had ate it anyway because I'm starving while I'm waiting for my truck to get out of the shop. I'm a truck driver

This place was an absolute wreck! Not only did they mess up our order but they also got rude with my husband, didn't answer their phone and when it was answered they hung up. The manager Savannah tried arguing with my husband about us ordering just plan cheese melts even though we had proof on our end that we ordered bacon chicken parm and a meat lovers melt she got hateful walk away but did correct our order. To go through all we had too just to get what we paid for was disappointing. We will not order from this store again unless someone fixes this issue because my husband also heard another employee trying to tell the lady that, that has happened five times that night but she refused to listen.

I ordered the Big Box deal, I spent $24 and should have gone to Little Caesars instead!! Those were the worst pizzas I have ever gotten. We had to eat some of it because I paid for it. The best part were the wings. The pizzas had no or very little sauce or cheese and were over cooked. The main reason I ordered from there is because my husband likes the BBQ pizza. I am so disappointed in what we got, I have never gotten bad pizza from there until now, I will NEVER order from there again!!! This was at the Ringgold, GA location on Alabama Hwy

We ordered 2 of the 10 piece cheese sticks on the app. It only offers a 10 piece. We weee charged for 2 of the 10 piece cheese sticks, paid for them and only received 2 of the 5 piece cheese sticks. The lady refused to to refund us our money or make it right. Good way to lose a long time customer!
