Ordered 3 Pizzas and Breadsticks, Total was $63.01 paid additional for delivery ( delivery was very kind) But very disappointed in my 2 burnt (black) pizza and the 3 rd was over cooked.

Beatrice was a gem. She was running the store alone! And she was polite the whole time. I didn't mind waiting because she was so kind and sweet. Please get this store some help soon so Beatrice can catch a break. She deserves it as hard as she was working last night. Thank you for the kind customer service Beatrice.

The place is almost constantly in complete disarray. Whether you're going inside to pick up food, dine in, place an order, or do anything at all, it will be met with a minimum of a 30-minute wait past the scheduled pickup time. God forbid you DoorDash food from here or attempt to go through the drive-thru, as that will take just as long if not longer. This store has been like this for years; it feels like... they need help.

To blatantly ignore all of the customers who are standing there waiting to either place an order or pick up their food is disrespectful, and rude!! Not only that but she had time to scroll through her phone and check it multiple times. I counted 3 other people that left 4 including me. It's so bad people started getting up from their tables and refilling their own drinks. Food getting thrown on people's tables. If this place is still locally owned, y'all need to retrain the employees. Specially the one with the tattoos on her arms with dark hair in a ponytail who was the one doing all of the above. I understand maybe being understaffed. But a simple I'll be with you in a minute and a smile goes a long way. Not straight ignoring people but has time for her phone.

My husband and I went in, sat down and was never acknowledged. Not even for our drink order. The four people who came in AFTER us was seated and treated like royalty. We sat there for almost thirty (30) minutes and was never looked at (and I watched the person taking the order for the four people and she never looked our way)!

It was nice to find a pizza hut you could still sit down In. The service was excellent and the food was good. My only complaint was that the dipping sauce for the breadsticks was cold. Like out of the fridge cold. Don't bring me cold marinara to dip my hot breadsticks in. Other then that everything was great. Best pizza hut I've been to in a while
